« Refrigerator reeked of raw fish. Having house keeping come in helped some but the stench remained. Ceiling Fan didn't work, lights flickered, dishes filthy, everything we tried to use had to be cleaned of grease and dried food. Owner needs to check occassionally the status of her rental and its ammenities. »

« Excellent location. Walking distance to waterfront, all of historic New Bern and easy access to hwy to get out of New Bern to go to the beaches. It’s not a fancy spot but well appointed and very clean and wonderful. I loved the back and front entry option! »

« David was great! He was very responsive and went over and beyond to accommodate us. The 2 bedroom condo was spacious and very clean. The location was perfect right in downtown New Bern in a revitalized safe area. It was within walking distance to Morgan's Grill and Baker's Kitchen which are two excellent restaurants. The price was very reasonable for the accommodations and the area! I highly recommend it! »
