We were there for a Middle School Boys basketball tourney, and the staff handled all the extra activity very well. All the young men had a good time and the facilities were perfect for this event. Kudos to the staff on duty that weekend.

Very friendly people, but terrible breakfast
I picked this hotel because they advertised "hot breakfasts." The room was great, the employees were great, but the breakfast was terrible both mornings we were there. The "hot breakfast" consisted of individually packaged soggy breakfast sandwiches and individually packaged souffles. I had expected some scrambled eggs, bacon, biscuits and gravy or similar. Because of this, we will not choose this hotel the next time we are in Bloomington.

No housekeeping service for a 3 night stay even after repeated calls and reminders to front desk staff - no response from manager either - tv chanels / internet did not work and was also not fixed - horrible customer service - both front staff and management have no customer service skills or courtesy. Do not stay here.

The people were very kind and helpful. We paid almost $1,000 for the weekend and our rooms were never cleaned, the phone wasn't even connected to the wall when we tried to call the front desk, and we had to ask for toilet paper. It was homecoming weekend and so prices were completely marked up but we have family there and wanted to see them.

Basic hotel but does the job at an affordable price When hotel occupancy is in the high end, access to the free breakfast is challenging Gym is really a few weights and 2 treadmills They clean the room only every other day and don’t tell you about it ahead. Not very cool…
