  • You cannot beat the sweeping views from the patio on this rental on Amy Dodge Lane off of Spring Street. Now rented by Herdman Hospitality, this 2-bedroom (2 queens), 1 full bathroom, and living space is well equipped with modern amenities like a mini fridge, microwave, coffee pot, Roku TV, Wi-Fi, and an outdoor shower. Come back from the beach and clean up in the spacious outdoor shower. Relax around the firepit while watching the sunset over the ocean. All linens, towels, and beach basics are supplied. About a 5 min drive from the ferry, and less than a mile walk to downtown. Accommodates up to 4.
    This is an owner occupied house. The owner lives in the upstairs area with a dog, who may be encountered outside. The rental unit is a walk out lower level. There are no shared spaces within the unit and the unit has a private patio. The outdoor shower and driveway is shared.

We had a wonderful stay at Harbor Point Haven. The property was very clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. Communication with the hosts was easy, and they were responsive and helpful throughout our stay.The property offers beautiful views of the ocean, making it a peaceful place to relax. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend Harbor Point Haven to anyone visiting Block Island.

We had an amazing time, and the view from this property could not be beat! The apartment was clean and the decor was lovely. Beach chairs and towels were provided. The dirt road was difficult to navigate with bikes, and was a bit more removed from town than I had expected. I would stay here again if I had a car on the island.
