The beautiful town of Picton is a 25 minute drive away, the gateway to the picturesque Marlborough Sounds. The property itself is spacious and all the amenities are of a high quality. Comfortable living with amazing views each morning and evening. Just 10 minutes from Blenheim town and 20 minutes from Renwick. Overall highly recommended ##### Jack W.
