We made a one-night stay here on our way to Phoenix. The hotel was nice and the room was terrific. Staff was friendly, room was clean and the beds were comfortable. I would recommend this place for travelers in the area.

This is a motel that was refurbished very well and is being maintained with care. The breakfast in the morning was really good and the staff was friendly and helpful. Quiet and safe area.

It was a much needed stay after last 2 hotels were not very clean. But the breakfast could use some updates like fruit. Also the location still meant a lot of driving to reach Arches and canyonlands needle district

The motel was recently renovated and was clean and comfortable. Joe was the only employee we came in contact with. He was gracious and helpful. The breakfast was good. This motel is a gem. We would stay there again.

property was clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Just a very small motel room. I know a lot of people commented on the good breakfast - I thought the quality was not all that great - grainy eggs(?), lukewarm sausages.

10/10 will always come back here when in the area. Very clean rooms, nicely renovated property with comfortable beds, and the room had a smart tv with tons of options. Bodywash, shampoo and conditioner in the very nice and clean shower. Exterior was very clean and well done. Pool was drained but I am guessing that was due to the season shifting to winter. Very nice pool area for when it is open. Breakfast was great! 2 waffle makers, eggs, potatoes, sausage, biscuits and gravy, really good coffee, multiple types of bread/toast. The guy working breakfast was very nice and on top of keeping everything topped up and fresh! Look no further when staying in southeast utah. Stayed here vs overpriced moab and was definitely worth it.

Breakfast and staff were wonderful. Internet sacked. TV would keep kicking off and circling every 5 minutes and have to restart it often. Don't go to Blanding on a Sunday NOTHING is open. No restaurant not the grocery store. Everything closed. CRAZY

Had a lovely 1 night stay here. Room was large and had all we needed. Beds very comfy and shower nice and powerful and hot. Didn't have breakfast so can't comment. Staff were friendly and very nice. Would stay again.
