The property has recently been temporarily closed. We had driven from out of state for a college football game weekend where hotel rooms are hard to come by. We had no notice until we got to the parking lot and saw no cars and only a sign that they were temporarily closed with doors locked and no one on the premises. I have filed a claim with my credit card to get my money back for a booked stay that could not be honored. Horrible experience.

Booked a room for multiple nights on Expedia months in advance AND paid for travel insurance, got confirmation emails. We called hotel on day of to confirm we'd be in town late, phone went to voicemail. Called main Days Inn scheduling number and they said no problems. Late that night on our scheduled check-in day we showed up at the hotel... to find it CLOSED and under renovation! We had to scramble at midnight to book an expensive alternative. Days Inn people took no responsibility and said it was Expedia's fault. Expedia promised a refund but said it would take weeks. Ridiculous. We will not stay at Days Inns again, nor will we use Expedia again.

The hotel is is non operational and is closed for more than a month. The most surprisingly it was still listed on Expedia. I booked, and ended up with no hotel when i reached there. I had no other choice except to to get a hotel for almost 400$ per night that too after walk-in to at least 3 hotels before I got this.This wasn’t expected from such big company like Expedia with such high status. Expedia needs to accept and take the responsibility of all this nonsense and trust me I won’t leave you guys walk away just like that. It was an an important event for my family because we were dropping off our son to his new college.

Worst ever experience at Days Inn
Hotel was closed when we got there. No notification that it was closed. At least hotels.com found me another hotel very quickly. Charged twice and still waiting for refund.

It was bad experience
Well check-in time started at 3 pm we were down that way around 2 pm so we went and found stuff to do to wait we goit there about 8:20 pm and was told it would be 30 min or so there was no room ready just over a hour later finally got a diff room they had just cleaned for someone else I guess who got tired of waiting

This was absolutely the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. The room did not have a phone. The place is old and run down. There were stains on the chair. The shower did not work properly. Even the TV remote control was dirty and sticky. If my deposit wasn't nonrefundable I would have demanded a refund. I am very displeased with this experience. If this is an example of Expedia then I will not be using your service ever again!

DO NOT STAY HERE!! (bed bugs)
When you pull up it had a tarp over the whole roof. When you walk in, it smelled of pee and smoke even though it says it’s a non-smoking facility. We got huge headaches being in there for 5 minutes. The rooms had gum and some red substance in the wall and shower curtain. They are know to have bed bugs apparently it’s know for having strippers and addicts stay there.

No soap or shampoo. No regular coffee. No coffee cups. Toilet kept running unless you take top off and jiggle valve. Shower curtain was full of mold. Only had chocolate muffins, no other kinds. If i wasn't so tired would've gone somewhere else.

Simple, no frills, but clean.
A simple, no frills, and economically favorable hotel. Needed to find a place close to VT in a hurry and this fit the bill. The management were VERY nice and humble. The place is getting a face lift, but when the refurbishing is complete it should look much better. Room was very clean. Bed and TVs were nice.

This was the most disgusting hotel I have ever seen. The conditions were deplorable: dirty sheets, bugs, dirty room and bathrooms and a PEEP HOLE on the adjoining door to name a few. In 50 years this is the first time I went to a hotel and did not stay!!! I made multiple attempts for reimburse through Hotels.com and have not gotten any response. Very disappointed and I will no longer use this service.

It's a wreck
I'll never trust Hotels.com ratings again. Supposedly this "hotel" has a "fair" rating but out of 30 reviews this year, 17 have rated it "poor." The place is extremely dilapidated, with renovation happening around the paying guests. There's a lot of demolition debris laying around, including on the cover of the attractive pool you can see in the photos. We did have a new and clean bathroom and the bedding and beds were ok, but they shouldn't really be open for business at all.

Stay away!!! This place is disgusting. The furniture and bathroom were all cracked and peeling. There was a fire code violation in the form of a plastic bag taped over the smoke detector. The room next to us had a window that was smashed in. The rooms reeked of smoke. I changed rooms and the next room smelled of death and mold. The seconds room had water damage to the ceilings. Absent staff and poor customer service. Should be condemned or bulldozed.

Not exactly clean sheets. Found bed bugs on both mattresses. Complimentary breakfast was basically nonexistent. Parking was plentiful.

(1)I did not get the room that I requested. . (2)The shower curtian was falling off the walls (screws had fallen out).Facet in bathtub was loose and sticking out of the wall. (3)Holes in the wall above the sink where there may have been a shelf at one time. (4)Shelf with clothes can be hung up was falling out of the wall from missing screws. ( look like they were pulled out) (5)Safety securty latch on the inside of the door was missing. (6) bulbs missing out of lights (7)There was no phone in the room ( no way to get a wake-up call) (8)Sign on front door said mask required but no one in the lobby had a mask on (9)Cover for exhust fan in bathroom was missing (10)floors were not cleaned very well because there was coins lieing on it

Worst hotel ever!
Worst hotel we have ever stayed at. Smelled like smoke and weed, stains on everything, the entire bathroom was chipped and falling apart, toilet ran all night, not clean at all.
