Bishop Ridge Retreat in Blacksburg is your peaceful countryside base just 7 minutes from downtown. Surrounded by open views and mature trees, it feels tucked away while still close to Virginia Tech, restaurants, and local spots. Sip coffee on the back deck, enjoy crisp evenings by the wood-burning stove, and unwind in a bright, open layout with a modern kitchen. In-unit laundry makes longer stays easy.  
  
We want to make sure you have the utmost convenience! You'll be provided an access code to the back entrance prior to check-in. The owners are local, and will be able to be reached by platform messaging during the duration of your stay.  
  
Location Highlights:  
Situated in the vibrant Blacksburg community, this property offers convenient access to outdoor recreation, universities, and local amenities:  
  
• Approximately 30–35 minutes to Claytor Lake State Park and Claytor Lake for boating, fishing, hiking, swimming, and scenic outdoor fun (about 25 miles by car from central Blacksburg).  
• Around 25–30 minutes to Pulaski, VA, a charming small town with local dining, events, and services.  
• Roughly 15–20 minutes to Radford University (about 14 miles from Blacksburg).  
• Just 10–15 minutes to Virginia Tech’s campus and downtown Blacksburg, with dining, shopping, entertainment, and collegiate events within easy reach.  
  
All areas of the home and property are open for guests  
  
This comfortable home is located on a quiet street and is designed for a relaxing stay. It features three bedrooms and two full bathrooms, making it ideal for families or small groups.  
  
The home includes two bedrooms with king-size beds and one bedroom with a full-size bed. Fresh linens, pillows, and blankets are provided for all guests.  
  
The kitchen is fully equipped for everyday cooking and includes a traditional Black & Decker drip coffee maker. The living area features a Smart TV, perfect for streaming your favorite shows and relaxing after a day out.  
  
Outside, guests can enjoy a slow-smoking grill that works with charcoal or wood, great for laid-back cookouts and outdoor meals.

There are 2 exterior security cameras monitoring house exits only  
  
The home is on a quiet street; please be respectful of neighbors and keep noise levels low  
  
Quiet hours are 9:00 PM – 8:00 AM  
  
No parties allowed. Guests who violate quiet hours will receive one warning and will be asked to leave after a second violation  
  
Do not run the air conditioner with doors open  
  
Ensure all doors and windows are locked at checkout

Right on Mt. Tabor off north main in Blacksburg then a right on Bishop Road and a mile down.
