The staff were exceedingly hospitable and attentive, always ready to assist with a friendly smile ☺️. The location was perfect, offering easy access to all the main attractions and the seafront 🌊. Breakfast was delectable, featuring a wonderful variety of choices that catered to all tastes 🍳☕. I would highly recommend this B&B to anyone planning a visit to Blackpool and would certainly choose to stay there again without hesitation. All rooms are named & we stayed in the Ruby room .. However, we were disappointed to learn that breakfast was being served elsewhere due to renovation work. The room wasn’t as clean as expected, with marks on the toilet seat and coffee stains on the nightstand. It was also very noisy throughout the night — we could hear a creaking door repeatedly and footsteps in the corridor, with light shining under our door each time someone passed. The constant noise made it hard to sleep, and we ended up leaving early because we were so tired. I understand it was a budget stay, but the good reviews didn’t reflect our experience. The room was fine clean and nicely decorated but the shower was so dirty.
