Sea View House is a luxury 6 bedroom property located on North Promenade, just a 10 minute walk down the promenade to Blackpool Town Centre. The property has been completed renovated to be your perfect sanctuary with breath taking sea views, while providing a comfortable home from home stay.
Sea View House, can sleep up to 16 people comfortably; on the lower ground floor of the property there is a family lounge area with a large double sofa bed, then on the ground floor of the property there is; 1 double bedroom with its own en-suite. On level 1 of the property, you will find a twin king-size bedroom with en-suite, a twin single bedroom with adjoining bathroom and a super-king bedroom with en-suite, also on Level 1 is a small balcony with views across the sea with a bistro seating area. On level 2 of the property, you will find a double bedroom with en-suite and super-king bedroom with en-suite. Every room has its own shower en-suite and twin single bedroom has a jacuzzi bathroom. There is a general use WC on the ground floor.
With regards to the main living space, you have a very bright and airy lounge with breath taking sea views over the Blackpool Seafront. Heading through the property you will find a large dining room with a table to seat up to 10 adults. Leading on from the dining room there is a kitchen complete with island and a games room with Pool table and Darts board. Externally the property has 2 balconies for use along with a secluded side garden entertaining area equipped with bbq and hot tub. Drinks packages are available please contact us for further details.

Blackpool Family Get Together
Our first family get together since our Mum passed away, in her favourite place, Blackpool, on what would have been her birthday weekend. Six adults, 3 children and a dog - the property set out was great in that each family unit had its own space. The games room was a highlight and the kids loved the hot tub.
Unfortunately we had a few niggles - Before arriving I messaged the agent through the Vbro messaging service with a couple of questions but got no response. I then found and telephoned the Stays In Blackpool contact number and spoke to a very helpful lady who answered all my questions. Maybe put a note for people to contact Stays in Blackpool direct, rather than through the Vrbo messaging service? On arrival we found out of date food in the fridge, maybe just overlooked as the fridge appeared to be clean. Finally, on our first morning we had no hot water. After contacting the emergency number, within 2 hours the problem was resolved but in the meantime we had cold showers!
All that said, we didn't let it spoil our weekend, which was a special time for our family and a good time was had by all.

Good House For Large Group
Our family consists of of 5 adults and four children ages 6 to 11. This large and roomy house accommodated us easily. The kids loved the small hot tub. The house is located on the North Shore Promenade with wonderful sea views, and is an easy tram ride to the hubbub of the cental amusement area.
