This home is ideal for family holidays as it is only a few metres walk to Blackhead Beach, sea pool and Wiley Breckenridge Park. The upstairs has a large living area with 2 x TV, 1 x video, 2 x DVD, CD/Stereo. The kitchen includes microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher & coffee pod machine. There is a main "parents retreat" bedroom upstairs with a queen bed and bathroom. Panel heater provided for guest comfort. The downstairs section has 2 bedrooms, 1 with a queen bed and the other with 2 sets of bunk beds. There is also a bathroom, laundry with washing machine and dryer and a garage on the lower level. Sleeps 8. A gas BBQ and outdoor setting is provided for your convenience. Pet friendly A $700 security deposit is required on each booking. Linen is provided- \*Please ensure if you choose to book this property, that the correct amount of guests are included as linen will only be provided for guests confirmed.
