We arrived early in the morning so were unsure if early check in would be possible (the hotel messaged to ask what time we would need check in but never acknowledged my response). The length of time taken to check in was incredibly long. The room was clean and met our requirements although the sink / toilet seemed to have a minor leak. The shower gel and shampoo were exceptional as was the pool. The concierge were helpful. Location was excellent.

Check in takes ages, asked for details they already have and just seems a bit over done. The breakfast was good apart from coffee machine not working then when finally was no one thought about the cups not there. No glasses for juice either. Booked a high floor and put on floor 20 out of 38. Surely a high floor is over 30 when so many floors to the hotel. A little disappointing for this level of hotel.
