Room is nice, good mattress, good necessary amenities provided, the fridge is too cold, all food i put in were iced. During my stay, it’s quite noisy, there’s the beep sound in the staircase area on all night, and most noisy is the morning from 8-11am, all the doors opening and closing. I specifically booked a Premier Room for this trip, and on arrival they shoved me into a windowless stuido on the first floor, trying to gaslight me that I was "upgraded" because the shower had in my original room was broken. The hotel was comfortable, but customer service needs to be improved. Especially, it was very concerning that no one at the front desk after 7 PM. This time, I left my key in the room and couldn't find a front desk staff to help me, Unfortunately, I had to leave for the airport at 6 AM the next morning，but the staff starts work at 10 AM. This meant I would not be able to retrieve my luggage until 10 AM and would have to sleep on the street.
