I have stayed here before and the property is amazing . The staff is helpful and spot on perfect . Parking is tough in Bisbee because it is on the side of a mountain. Love this town !

Bisbee is an experience. Hotel had so much charm. Crazy how old these buildings are. And their stories and history are so cool.

Unique common area with a wealth of Oriental furniture and antiques. Room did NOT come equipped with glasses or cups, nor were tissues supplied. As a result of the room being right next to the front door, there was considerable noise from guests checking in, checking out, and people having conversations nearby, both inside and outside. One very POSITIVE note were the colorful hanging lanterns. I believe that the common area could and should be used for coffee or wine. Another POSITIVE note was the helpfulness of the staff and particularly Mona.

Unique hotel as many in the area are. You have to deal with the age of the hotel so expect some inconveniences, for example no elevators to get your bags up to the second floor. Very interesting decor and history. Price was reasonable as well.

Hotel is convenient to downtown Bisbee. Easy to walk to shops and restaurants. We accidentally opened the door to the wrong room and we were totally surprised that our room key also opened the room next to ours. Bed was comfortable, room was very clean.

I was disappointed that did not see or feel the presence of a boast. I arrived late but did get a call giving me instructions on how to get in and get to my room. The only thing I would like to have had is the WiFi password.

Based on other reviews it seems that the property has been without hot water for at least a week prior to our arrival. I wish we were notified earlier so we could seek different accommodation. The hotel is cute and staff were nice.

Mariana,This was 100% our fault. I’m so very sorry. We installed a new insta hot water a few months ago and thought this only affected 2 rooms. We must have amazing guests because no one complained! Turns out our entire system went down. We are replacing the hot water system as we speak!Please contact the front desk if you have t already. They will take care of you.We appreciate the feedback. We are under new ownership and want to make sure our guests are comfortable at all time.Thank you.

Carol,Thank you so much for your feedback. We did not become aware of this issue until a few days ago. Plumbers are at the building replacing our hot water as we speak.If you haven’t. Please call the front desk and they will take care of you. We are under new ownership have upgraded nearly every aspect of the hotel. We take our guests concerns seriously! This is the hotel we always stay at in Bisbee. Love that the hotel is so clean, staff is always friendly. Not sure exactly how many rooms there are, under 25 for sure, but that adds to the coziness of it. The community kitchen is a nice touch. You can cook for yourself and get to meet other guests which can be fun. This is a historic building, so don't expect everything to be modern. Stay here if you want the old Bisbee experience.

Parking was a bit of an issue. Suggest to remove the hutch that is in the room and replace with a bench. Also the center supports on the bed frame makes for stubbing your toes. A recessed box frame would be better. Overall a good place to stay. The kitchen area was great.

I was going to be in the area and needed a room because who doesn’t want to stay in the wonderful town of Bisbee. I accidentally plugged in the wrong dates through a third party and mentioned to them that it was an accident and needed to change my reservation. The third party told me thar the only way I would get a refund is that the property would have to approve the change which they didn’t. Again this was 2 weeks in advance in which they could’ve gotten booked but decided to be difficult and not provide me with a refund. Will not recommend them at all.

We generally do not offer refunds for third partiy bookings. It’s a more complex process and we don’t have as much control. Did you try calling the hotel after talking to Expedia?

Wonderful piece of property. It is an old building with a lot of historical ambiance. Don't expect everything to work properly like door knobs and keyholes. As I said, this is a very very old building but the fact that it's an old building and potentially haunted by spirits of the past makes it an even better stay.

Right in the heart of Bisbee
What a nice little place to stay. The Victorian theme is preserved throughout the hotel and the atmosphere in the place is very inviting. The room was small and minimalistic which I love. Who needs a damn TV and microwave in their room? Stay at the holiday inn if you want that. The hotel is right in the middle of town and within walking distance of all the fun in the city. It was a pleasant stay that we will certainly be back. I didnt meet any ghosts while I was staying however there was a mysterious chocolate mint left on my bed at night when I put it all away in the secretaries desk before we went to bed. We were in room 18 which was Bartholomeus room, the original owners son. I am thinking he played a little trick on us as I am positive that we left it in the desk. It was a bit embarrassing to explain to house keeping that the stain on the sheets was chocolate LOL. They understood and turned the room for us. A nice clean place to stay in the heart of Bisbee
