The rooms were very nice and spacious, the only thing we had an issue with is the shower was horrible, broken fixtures and the water was extremely hot

Our room had no working AC, the door didn’t shut all the way, the bed sheets didn’t fit the bed, there was hair in the bed. The guy at the desk charged me an extra 47 bucks for me having someone with me…. We immediately checked out and went to another hotel. He didn’t even refund me for the charge on the other person

NEED MY DEPOSIT
It's ok for the money but the India family that run this place has a lot to learn.Payed for a smoking room no ashtray no towels had to go to front office to get towels but had no ashtray. Trying to get my $100.00 deposit back still waiting. NO BREAKFAST HOT COFFEE BUT IT'S IN A DARK ROOM HAD BOXES OF PILLOW BLOCKING THE DINING ROOM SO YOU COULD NOT SIT. THE YOUNG INDIAN GUY THAT CHECKED US IN WAS VERY NICE.IT DOES HAVE A FULL SIZE FRIG AND FREEZER THAT WAS NICE BEDS COULD US BETTER MATTRESS.BUT THE OWNER NEEDS TO REFUND MY DEPOSIT ROOM WAS NOT DAMAGED BY ME THE BATHROOM DOOR WAS DAMAGED FROM WHERE SOMEONE HAD PUSHED IT INTO THE DOOR BEHIND TOOK A PICTURE OF THIS AND TOOK IT TO THE FRONT AND SHOWED THE YOUNG INDIAN GUY HE SAID OKAY AND MADE A NOTE OF IT SO I NEED MY MONEY

Terrible smelling and dimly lit lobby. Discourteous, dishonest, argumentative employee with unprofessional and unkempt appearance. People loitering on/around property. Discarded purses in stairwells. Roaches in the light fixtures and in bathroom. Bathroom ceiling in disrepair from busted pipe. Stains on sheets. Damp/musty rooms. Broken AC/heat unit covered with screen affixed by sheet metal screws. I checked in at 8pm. I was in the room by 8:02pm. Walked through the room. Photographed the issues. Called Expedia about a refund and cancelation at 8:05pm. I was informed that the motel refused the cancellation/refund. I went to the lobby and asked why my refund was being denied. Employee stated it was because no manager was there. Employee was extremely hesitant to provide manager's full name, contact info or availability, until I told him I would contact the health department. I was told the manager may have been close by, but he did not have a number and no one knew when he would be there, as he comes and goes whenever he pleases. I was offered a generic email point of contact. I was also told that he was unable to process the refund on the deposit I paid because they would need to inspect the room for damage and no one was available for that until tomorrow. Upon reiterating my intent of contacting the health department about motel conditions, he picked up a phone, said a few things in Hindi, and just like that, I was immediately refunded by both Expedia and the motel.

Great value for the price and location. Easy to get to all the 280 shopping, interstates and downtown. Quick check in, friendly staff. Very clean but simple room. The window coverings have seen better days, and it felt like the door was never locked, but all in all was exactly what I needed. A solid if sparse room, perfect for a good sleep and shower then running out to do other things in town.

They tried to change me for smoking and I don’t smoke and the room they gave me had a ash tray in it and it wasn’t supposed to be a smoking room

First of all the manager told my husband to stop walking around the property and just go stay in his room! We paid to be there and it's a free country he can get fresh air whenever he wants to. Don’t recommend this hotel motel really
Did not know there was a deposit to pay till getting there. Room smelled like per Urine paid for 2 queen beds walked in the room and the beds were full size. Remote did not work.

You get what you pay for. The room was okay. We really just needed a place to sleep so it fit our needs for 1 night. There was no tv remote. No hair dryer. No breakfast. You can tell its an old hotel that was redone in the cheapest way. Currently the charge on my credit card is $30 more than what I paid through Expedia! For that much more I would have gone to a nicer hotel.

Check-in went smooth and the staff were very nice. The room was better than I expected for the affordable price. My only issue was we never received any housekeeping until the fourth day. Even when requesting fresh towels, more soap, and coffee multiple times after never being replenished day after day(this was a 4-night stay.) The gentleman at the front desk said we should have received housekeeping every other day and he didn't know why we didn't. I had to go to the office once we ran out of toilet paper. I'm not difficult or picky with hotels as long as they're clean and bug free, but not receiving items we were told would be brought to our room after calling a couple times(different days) was disappointing.

Booked online for 2 non-smoking rooms. Was told only have 1 non-smoking room and 1 smoking left. . Wasn’t given any other option or discount. Non smoking room had obviously been 420 smoked in and smoke detector was chirping. People hanging out in parking lot and sitting in cars. Rooms were 2 floors apart and I felt unsafe with only me and my daughter in one room together. Only stay here if you need the cheapest place.

Check in seemed to be fine. Got to my room and there was no remote. Employee at front desk came to check, but something was wrong with the tv. I accepted his offer to switch rooms and was given a smoking room that smelled terrible. The floor was dirty in the bathroom. The door locked but didn't feel like it was closed completely. Overall poor experience.

Decent stay! As with any Motel/Studio 6 property, you expect minimal amenities, but they had more in the room than expected (fridge, microwave, etc.). The area was quiet and seemed safe, as we had no issues at all regarding this topic. The workers were nice and polite. The room was clean, but there were cosmetic aspects that needed some TLC. Beds weren’t the most comfortable but slept well, however the covers had stains and one had a small cigarette burn. I feel like younger what you pay for… room under $100 per night. Perfect for a quick sleep and shower while on a trip passing through.
