Check in with staff very un helpful. Barely spoke and went back to work as we stood there waiting for them to let us know our check-in was complete. Never told us where room was, or elevators. Never told us where to park, never told us where restaurant and bar was or where breakfast would be. Very poor communication between BOTH people working behind the desk. Will not be back!

Dirty Nails hanging out of wall Floor uneven (vertigo) Elevators rattle Included breakfast (no say on what is served, not a buffet) Shower curtain doesn't cover the full length of the bathtub Shower head hits mid chest (I'm 5'1) Square throw pillow style bed pillows 2 body towels, 2 hand towels and 2 wash rags for 2 adults (girls typically need a 2nd towel for hair) Coffee pot in room, however coffee inserts provided doesn't match coffee pot type Toilet is super low to the ground so have strong quads Refrigerator in room did not keep food cold, Tv is small and isn't in optimal location Sitting area includes 1 regular chair and 1 rolling desk chair, the pictures online show a love seat in the king bedroom Parking lot in back of building; only entrance at the front of the building No house keeping during multiple day stays, no new towels, no replacement of tea, sugar, coffee if you're blessed with the coffee pot and inserts matching, toilet paper or soap, Pictures used online are not up to date, Hotel seems to be heavily utilized as efficiency apartments, Microwaves are shared and located in the hall, Large gaps between the room door and the floor

My second stay. I will continue to book rooms here when I pass through. Staff is very polite. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Safety is important to me, and that is why I will keep returning on my travels.

Front desk staff was very nice and welcoming. Toilet seat didn’t fit toilet but it wasn’t a deal breaker for me. Bed are comfortable and even the pillows are fluffy. Thank you for a warm welcoming for our weekend stay.

The hotel was conveniently close to the airport and the shuttle was on time. On site restaurant had a great steak and other options. Had a great nights sleep and caught an early flight in the morning. Room was clean and very quiet.

Clean and comfortable. Looks like they just renovated the rooms. Breakfast was free and had eggs sausage and fresh fruit. i ẹnoyed my stay and would stay again. you cant beat the value and proximity to the airport.

After checking in I was sitting down looking at my computer screen when someone unknown to me entered my room. I said “excuse me?!” and I followed him into the hallway and he explained the reception staff told him to go to my room and he used a card key to enter. The staff of this hotel gave my room key to someone else (which also disabled my own room key). The front desk also received a complaint from myself and I told them about the fire exit door on the corner was propped open (allowing anyone to enter the property).

Close to the airport with a free shuttle to the airport. Free breakfast was sauage eggs and grits very good. Room was clean staff was very nice. Would stay here again.

The lady at the front desk was very polite, i had told her i had a 5 pm flight and if i can do a late check out and she had said Yes. The next day i wanted to confirm what could be the time I could check out and we agreed for 1pm. At 11am the room service lady comes and goes you need to leave and i told her i have asked permission at the front desk for 1pm she goes no no you leave at 11am. I told her again please ask the lady at the front desk. She says what time you ask ? I said 10.30am. She calls front desk and tells her this lasy saying you told her she can stay till 1pm. The front desk lady says Yes. The room service lady goes no 1 pm only 12pm. She gives me the phone and tells the front desk lady to tell me to leave by 12. All in all i have having a quiet time and was really upset by this. It seemed i was staying for free or i had not asked permission. Not everyone is the same. They get paid because of customers.

Staff was friendly and they were not this issue. Outdated inside and the room was not somewhere I'd stay again. I didnt have unreal expectations and i knew what i paid for. Air was working when i went to sleep but was blowing hot air that made it impossible to sleep. Smelled moldy

Hotel is a little dated but kept up nicely. Room was clean and comfortable, staff was very friendly. Parking was ok but lot is used for airport parking so spots are mostly full. Breakfast was grits, eggs, sausage, better than average hotel in the price range

Ramada should be ashamed
Although I wasn’t expecting 5 star hotel, I figured Ramada should be fairly adequate. The first room I was in had no heat so I had to change rooms. The second room had no chair for the computer desk so I had to poach the one from my first room. The ceiling looked like it was going to cave in, walls had cracks and as an added bonus, there was an unwanted guest in my room. A cockroach. The food at the grill in the hotel was very cheap for a hotel restaurant but you get what you pay for. The only thing good about breakfast was the grits. Overall, I wasn’t impressed to say the least.

The hotel was nice. Breakfast was basically non existent. Parking for hotel guest was really terrible. All the parking near the entance was reserve for airport parking company. Stayed for four days and never seen a worker clean or change the linen in any rooms.

It is what it is around the hotel near the Birmingham Airport, not much could be done by the hotel to improve safety off the property. But, the parking lot was trashy, and the groundskeeping was abysmal.

The outlets in the bathroom did not work. There was always a very strong scent in the hallways. The breakfast was done in only and my daughter had had surgery so she did not want to go sit down to eat. The iron was broken and the tub floor was not attached and felt like you were walking on a bubble. The noise was terrible and it was all night to the point that it vibrated our walls
