Vous serez séduit par son atypique architecture intérieure, sa beauté et son élégance. Vous aurez à disposition une terrasse, mais aussi à un niveau inférieur, desservi par un ascenseur, un patio, un espace ludique avec baby-foot, et une superbe piscine intérieure privée de 11m de long, chauffée à 32° et un spa. Un petit chemin côtier, au départ du site, vous mènera à de sublimes points de vue sur la côte, et à nos belles plages. Des places de parking privé extérieur sont à votre disposition. Le linge de maison, les serviettes de plage et le ménage sont inclus. Description précise : l'appartement de 110 m2, situé au deuxième étage, desservi par ascenseur, comprend une grande pièce de vie, une cuisine équipée (avec lave-vaisselle, plaque, four et frigo), un bar design, une salle d'eau (lave-linge et sèche-linge), un WC, et une chambre de 16 m2 avec placards et lit rond. Il bénéficie d'une terrasse de 15 m2 et d'une vue panoramique sur la mer. Accès à l'espace piscine de 150 m2 et à l'espace ludique avec cafétariat de 120 m2. Nous sommes très flexibles et ferons tout pour rendre votre séjour unique. Je partagerai avec plaisir des conseils et bons plans sur les alentours, des plus belles balades et plages aux meilleurs restaurants. Des notes romantiques peuvent aussi être ajoutées à l’appartement (bouquet de roses, pétales sur le lit, bouteille de champagne) si vous le souhaitez.
