Property was old, but well taken care of. Beds were very comfortable. Was close to a road and the traffic noise was pretty loud. Air conditioner did not keep the temperature stable. We booked online but turns out we were not well-informed about what we're getting. Upon arrival we found out our room was an older outdated room on a second floor, with outdoor stairs. We contacted the owner and after several texts and finally a phone call, she was able to put us in a better room. Loved it and I would definitely recommend it to all my friends and family. The other thing was that since there was no office check-in, I felt the earlier communication could have shared the room numbers more clearly as I had an issue finding the room number in the texts and emails. Otherwise communication was great.
