Ideally situated just down the street from the downtown shopping/restaurant district, and less than a mile to the beach, Magnolia Cottage is a meticulously maintained property within easy walking distance to historic downtown Ocean Springs, as well as beautiful Front Beach.

Newly renovated, Magnolia Cottage is the perfect place for a romantic weekend getaway, as well as week-long vacations with friends and family when renting one of our three other cottages on property.

Inside the Magnolia Cottage, you will find a comfortable king-size bed with luxurious bedding inside a private bedroom, and a living room with a sofa bed, both with a flat screen TVs for your enjoyment.

The private bathroom includes a large walk-in shower, and the living room features elegant seating situated around a flat-screen TV, with mini-fridge, microwave, alarm clock, and free Wi-Fi access. We also provide Turkish cotton bathrobes to lounge in during your stay.

We offer a key-less electronic keypad for entry into cottage, off-street parking, and a Kuerig coffee maker with complimentary coffee for which you can enjoy outside on the front porch with rocking chair.

strange shadows
place was musty smelling went away after a day. Problem. the curtains in livingroom were very thin. i was afraid oeople drivivg down street could see in. plus lights across street and from cars cast strange shadows. As a woman by myself i was afraid to go asleep.

The property is perfect for a stay within walking distance to the small downtown. The accommodations were smartly decorated and very comfortable. The unit had a bathroom sink for water ( no kitchen sink) a small refrigerator, coffee maker and microwave. We enjoyed sitting on the front porch in the evenings.

Upon entering rental there was a very strong odor from product used for cleaning. That smell gave me a headache all night. The rental is close to restaurants & bars, but on Saturday nights, it’s very loud & noisy & crowded. I would not stay here again….especially on a weekend!
