Hotel was very nice, comfortable bed, quiet room. The electrical outlets didn’t work to well, they are very loose and it was difficult to charge electronic devices. Some employees around the casino are less than friendly. Overall, it was very nice and we had a good time.

No refrigerator or microwave in room. Smoking in the Casino was a bit much for me.

So lets talk about it. I rented a Cabana weeks ago before my arrival on May 10th, checked in to my Cabana at 11:50am. Signed my documents assigned and told I had D only to come back after leaving to go eat lunch and found out my Cabana was given away to some other folks. The worker proceeds to tell me i would have to move to another Cabana because its occupied. No sir i think not. It wasn't until i made a big deal about it that they told they other folks they had to move out. Secondly, i was told the TV in the Cabana was broken. For $350 EVERYTHING in that bih should be working. They also seemed unbothered with trying to fix or replace it. If i come back I won't ever rent a Cabana again its a waste of money. It was hotter in their than sitting in the sun by the pool. The Cabanas need mist fan. The property needs an upgrade as well. The female bathroom was full of knats. It was disgusting.

Room furniture was worn out. Shower was very small, no soap and the shower head could not be adjusted. The bed was very nice and comfortable though.

Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service
Customer Service was not good, room safe and phone did not work. Safe was fixed but not the phone. No housekeeping in a 4 night stay. Slow Service at restaurants some of the servers were nice and others showed little work ethics. Pool was dirty and hours of the pool were horrible. Would not go back.

There was long hair on and in the shower, the floors was not clean, the pillow cases were too small on some of the pillows and the pillows were stained badly underneath the pillow case, I had to pay for a fridge and had to unplug it because it was making a strange noise.

We liked the pool..but the crazy way of parking in garages and trying to find an elevator to finding that elevator only goes to second floor is nutz..especially being handicapped. Then you have to now find the hotel elevator to get to your room BUT not before searching for registration! Very confusing!

Overall we had the executive suite and it was a complete lack luster. The bed was hard, there was no microwave, no snack options, and house keeping was non existent. We had to wait for 1 hour to get fresh towels and the room was never cleaned. For the price we weren’t given a luxury experience. I’d expected better. Also we were not given any VIP status perks as stated. When I asked they said it’s discretionary and only have late check out. No food comps or credits.

It was laid out crazy....if you park in the garage, you have to drag your belongings all the way through the entire casino and up the escaladers. The room doors slam shut. in the middle of the night, I heard many doors being closed

All the ice machines was down no refrigerator in the room no microwave and the room you have to show ID every time you go to your room from the casino side but that’s the bigger parking lot side

There is very limited parking for hotel guest. The parking is very tight. Also looks like a construction zone. The garage for the gambling side was nice and that’s what is needed for people staying. It was hard to get to room since you have to take two elevators one that goes to the casino floor and walk down a long hallway to elevators for rooms. Very inconvenient considering you have a lot luggage and other stuff with you.
