Room was very clean, staff were fabulous especially when we were delayed. We arrived much later than planned and they accomodated our needs.

Staff are really approachable, we had issues with our room, three people sharing a room and only set up for two of us. This was resolved by taking the duvet from a spare room. We didnt book in until late afternoon. We couldnt get the new shower to work. Not sure what the issue was. Will stay at the hotel next year & find out how to use thr shower!
