« Séjour de 5 jours dans l’hôtel et nous avons probablement hérité de la plus mauvaise chambre ( au fond du parc et la plus petite) alors que les séjours sont en moyenne beaucoup plus cours. Nous avons été déçus de ce manque de reconnaissance mais peut être l’hôtel préfère t il sur une même période mécontenter ceux qui restent que tous ceux qui passent. Sinon le reste est très bien. »

« Bon accueil avec la possibilité de louer un scooter sur place à un tarif raisonnable, pas de caution demandée à l'arrivée ce qui est un bon point .. Le logement était conforme à la description, mais la climatisation était à bout de souffle, difficile d'avoir moins de 30 dans la journée et 26 la nuit.... Le wifi fonctionne bien, l'électricité se coupe dès qu'on retire la clef... D'accord pour l'énergie, mais le frigo devrait être connecté sur un autre circuit dans ce cas ... sinon vous partez...

"Déception déja avant l’arrivée suite au refus de la navette aéroport/hotel qu’il fallait nous a-t-on répondu réserver 5 jours à l’avance 😏 Check in par une réceptionniste qui visiblement ne connaissait pas bien l’hôtel et nous a fait rebrousser chemin avec nos valises car elle s’était trompée de bâtiment en nous accompagnant à la chambre! Parlons de la chambre 3 adultes… 1 lit d’appoint dur comme du bois au lieu du vrai lit, comme sur la photo de la chambre « deluxe » qui n’en n’avait que le nom 😒 bref, on a demandé un Surmatelas… on nous a amener 2 couettes, que le valet de chambre a plié en 2! On s’était dit qu’on ne réservait que les 2 premières nuits sur les 6 de notre voyage à Ao Nang… et on a bien fait! La navette annoncée pour la plage n’a que très peu de rotations… et on ne fait que l’aller! Il faut se débrouiller par nos propres moyens pour le retour Donc tout ça pour dire qu’on déconseille cet hébergement dont le rapport qualité/prix n’est ABSOLUMENT PAS atteint Le personnel n’est pas des plus agréables Le petit déjeuner buffet est correct "

"Acceuil, ménage, service,….parfait La chambre vue mer et piscine est neuve, propre et spacieuse. Les équipements sont très bien, le ménage quotidien est fait sans fausse note. L’hôtel à gérer nos transferts aller et retour vers l'aéroport un vrai plus. Les cocktails et la nourriture sont de bonnes qualités et a des prix très abordables. À proximité beaucoup d’animation mais la chambre étant insonorisée et en retrait de la rue principale aucun bruit n’est perceptible. Un grand MERCI à l’ensemble de l’équipe de l’hôtel."

"L'accueil ne s'est pas bien passé suite à un problème de communication avec l'hôtel. La gérante sur place était intransigeante et ça a gâché notre séjour. Par contre le reste du personnel était souriant et aidant. Il y a plusieurs hôtels sur l'île, j'en prendrais un autre."
