The upstairs (kitchen, living rm) was much warmer. Communication with host was delayed at first, once she did respond communication was consistent. The third bedroom and second full bathroom w/shower was in the basement behind the garage which would have been great for my boys to have their own space, but it was too musty, so they shared the second bedroom upstairs.
