"My friend and I rented this home for a girls out weekend. The home was cozy, clean and well accommodated for our needs. Upon arrival we ran into a small setback with an extra lock on the door keeping us from getting in but Heena responded quickly and walked us through how to get it unlocked. The Country Inn of Berkeley Springs

10/10 Excellent

"Let me get the con out of the way first. We were initially put on the third floor of the West Inn. Unfortunately, in the roofline are the HVAC units, and we were directly beneath one. Can be rather noisy. Also unfortunately, we couldn’t be moved, it being the weekend and the hotel was full. Sunday, we were able to be moved to the second floor. With that done, this is a great hotel! Rooms are very clean and comfortable, great staff, very helpful when we were moved. Nice restaurant and bar in the hotel, the two meals we had there were delicious. Fantastic amenities onsite including a full service spa with all the pampering you could want. Berkeley Spring Park is right next door, with more spa features available. The hotel sits right on Main Street, making the downtown area very walkable, with lots of great little shops. Will definitely go back."

"This hotel was absolutely perfect for its price point. Obviously this is not a five star hotel, but for an affordable option for a work trip, it was spot on.
