« I made my reservation and paid in advance for my stay MONTHS before my arrival date. Two days before my arrival they cancelled my reservation. I called and talked with the manager who said she would look into it and call me back. I must have sent 3 messages following up and not one was responded to. Left a message saying that since I did not hear from them I would be there on my planned arrival. I was literally traveling all over Canada and the US and my plans were not easy to adjust at that...

La 2ième chambre n'était pas mieux mais sans odeur de chien. Nous avons parlé à un homme qui était à l'extérieur. Il nous a proposé de changer les draps puis propsé d'aller voir une chambre dans un autre établissement et de nous rembourser, si nous n'étions pas satisfait. Le Relax Inn : la literie était propre...

« Don’t have high expectations as we did with booking a deluxe room, the room was in desperate need of an upgrade, I believe some rooms on the property were being renovated but ours looked nothing like the room on the photos. Not one coat hanger provided, an iron but no ironing board, bedding was supposed to be superior but the bed pillows smelled of stale sweat although clean pillow cases, found hair in bed, shower is either very hot or very cold couldn’t get it in between without it going off...
