4-bedroom house in Holden Beach with Beach Access directly across the street!

"We had a wonderful long weekend at this cute home! Though it was dated (and I know there are plans to renovate), it was clean and had everything we needed. The location was perfect- literally steps away from the beach walkway. The house was pet friendly - with a great fenced in area off the back patio. Our 2 fur babies loved sitting in the screened in front porch with us, watching the people walk, bike and job down the sidewalk. Check in and out were super easy and the hosts were very responsive. We look forward to staying here again!!"

"We just got back from a week at Roy’s house and it was great! We’re very picky when it comes to cleanliness when renting a house and this one checked all the boxes. Roy’s communication was excellent and the house was as described. Beach access was super convenient. We loved the layout of the house and wouldn’t hesitate to rent again."

"This location was perfect for our family of four and our two dogs. We love the long pier and ease of access to fishing, crabbing and oysters. The hammock under the covered pier was a perfect place to relax! Their neighborhood was quiet and was extremely peaceful. The fenced in front yard made having our dogs a stress free experience also. The host was quick to communicate and they provided a comfortable family experience."

"We booked The Sandbox at the last minute when our plans changed, and we're glad we did! The house was nice and clean, with a great location right on the beach, and a beautiful ocean view. Having a washer/dryer downstairs was a great convenience. (And there was the unexpected bonus of a Little Free Library a few minutes' walk away down Marlin Dr.)You should be aware that the house is right next to a public beach access, so it isn't the most private, but we didn't have any issues. Only real downsides were that the shower pressure was weak and (very minor) the path to the beach could have the grwoth trimmed back a bit.But overall, a cozy, fun place on the beach."

"This home exceeded our expectations! We had more than enough room for our group of 8. The kids loved the option to stay in bunks and play on the arcade game. And also watch their own shows at the end of a long day. The walk out to the beach was a breeze. And far enough from public access that we felt like we had our own private beach. The pool was perfect when everyone needed a break from the sand and wind. The views were spectacular and we enjoyed them while rocking on the balconies. There was plenty of seating for everyone- whether watching a World Cup game, gathering around for a birthday celebration, or watching a storm roll through. We took a chance on Holden beach and would absolutely choose this property again. No one was ready to leave at the end our quick weekend!"
