Located in the very precise "BIBI Beaurivage" district in Biarritz, on one level, this magnificent triplex of 45m2 tastefully decorated, will offer you a small furnished terrace and a large living / living/dining room with fully equipped kitchen and its bedrooms on two floors.

A few minutes walk from the ocean, the covered market and the city centre, a dream stay awaits you.

Attention! The rent has been considerably lowered because we want you to leave the apartment clean and tidy during your stay so that you can make visits.

APARTMENT DESCRIPTION:
When you arrive in this beautiful apartment on the first floor, you will find yourself directly in the living room with sofa, television where you can also find the boxing and its wifi code.
Dining room with fully equipped open kitchen & dining table for up to 6 people.
A small enclosed terrace with table and chairs will allow you to enjoy the outdoors and the sun while being on site.

On the first floor of this triplex, two bedrooms with double bed + the bathroom with shower and toilet not separated.

PLEASE NOTE THE ADDRESS IS: 20 bis rue Fontaine Jean Blanc in Biarritz. AND NOT THE 20.

The keys are systematically handed over by a member of the team who is present to answer your questions.

We offer a late check-in service on request (to be booked in advance):
-30€ between 8pm and 9pm.
-50€ between 9pm & 10pm.
-70€ between 10pm & 11pm. No reception beyond that.
To be paid in cash or by cheque on arrival (against a receipt) or by bank transfer to the agency before your arrival.

Rental of childcare equipment or fans/air conditioners/auxiliary heaters: €50 (for the entire duration of the stay).

We invite you to respect the time of the appointment that you have set for us. Do not hesitate to arrive a little earlier than the time set. In case of delay in the check-in time initially agreed with you, our hostess will not be able to wait for you.
Another appointment time must be set and you will be billed 30€.

Fee of 30€ for an arrival on December 24 & 31 after 6 pm, and on December 25 and January 1 to be paid on arrival in cash or check (against a receipt) or by bank transfer to the agency before your arrival.

In the event of loss of the key to the accommodation during your stay, the lock on the door will have to be changed. The cost of this action will be deducted from your deposit.

Concerning the end-of-stay cleaning & laundry package included in your reservation:
We provide linen treated by a professional service, prepare the apartment for your comfort and your arrival, and do the cleaning at the end of your stay.

For bookings of one month or more, an intermediate cleaning (every two weeks) must be carried out at your expense. This is to maintain and check the accommodation each time you visit.

Any trip that is not of an emergency nature will be invoiced to the tenant. This is to limit abusive travel. Do not hesitate to inquire.

Important:
A lease must be signed in parallel with the rental platform before your arrival, in French and in a dematerialized way (electronic signature).
The supporting documents requested for natural persons are:
- Identity document.
- Proof of your main residence.
For legal persons:
- Kbis.
- Identity document of the manager.
In addition, it is mandatory to take out rental risk and damage insurance.

Parking space rental (5min walk) for an amount of 15€ / day.

Check-out instructions before handing over the keys:
1. Gather dirty towels and dish towels
2. Dispose of the garbage
3. Wash the dishes
4. Do not throw away unopened food
