« Very friendly staff all round .The hotel needs a bit updating stairs to room ,we stayed in Apple blossom room which was spacious with a large bathroom .Mini fridge in room with fresh milk nice touch .The room was comfortable in the heatwave ,with a fan included . Felt the detail of cleaning could of been better ( big cobweb under window and handbasin cracked and behind the taps could of done with a clean ) The setting and surroundings really make this hotel a good find .Breakfast served by...

« Norma was absolutely wonderful, helpful and efficient. The accommodation was clean and tidy, shower was great. Breakfast was well varied and tasty. Evening meal was excellent. Bar and staff were good. Will be visiting again 😊 »

« Lovely lodges, well maintained and nice hot tub Only disadvantage is not being able to keep the car at the lodge as my friend has poor mobility. We had been promised the lodge closest to the restaurant building, but we weren't put in there unfortunately »

« I love old fashioned, traditional pubs & inns, and this was perfect. Wooden beams, creaky floors, etc. The staff were wonderful and very helpful. The meals were of high quality & decently priced, too, the breakfast exceptional! Plenty of parking available. I will definitely visit there again. »
