"At first sight our room seemed decent. It wasn't until I dropped the remote and noticed how dirty it really was...There was pet food on the floor in a few places(PET FREE ROOM!), a black comb, hair ties and a moldy cup all stashed behind the nightstand. The public hot tub was absolutely disgusting! Green, slimy algae around the whole tub! I expected a better stay coming from Wyndham. Very disappointed. Will NOT be staying here again!"

"Hot tub was luke warm and the jets didnt work. Pool was tiny and 4ft shallow, kind of pointless. Hard mattress. Parking was odd, had to come in to find out they give a free passcode for the parking kiosk. Buzzing a/c unit. "Upgraded" my room at check in to one with a view of the adjacent rooftop and a brick wall. That was crap..... Friendly helpful staff. Lots of towels and wash stuff."

"We love staying at this hotel when we are up in that area. It is very nice to have a hotel that has a wheel in shower for our child that is disabled. The staff are always very friendly and helpful."

"First night was fine. Room was clean and updated vs the hallways. We had 4 people and 4 keys. When two people returned to the room neither of their keys worked and they had to go to the front desk to get them reactivated. When the other two people arrived later their two keys didn't work as well so they had to go to the front desk, not once, not twice, but three times before the keys worked and they could get in. I would also like to mention that in all the times we had to reactivate our keys cards, not once did they ask for ID or verify any reservation information. They only asked what room number. On Sunday evening we returned and only 1 key worked but we were at least able to get in. Upon entering we immediately noticed that someone had been in our room and had completely defiled the toilet and had left bits and pieces of the battle they had in said toilet. We were supposed to check out Monday but immediately packed up and left. We went to the front desk and explained what happened. We even took them to the room so they could view the scene themselves and had to keep explaining that we know how we left the room and someone was definitely in there after we left. They said they would look at video and see and apologized and that was it. Would not stay here again if you paid me."

"he staff was fantastic. We were visiting for a conference held on-site and, due to severe weather—including blizzard conditions from two incoming storms—we had to change our flight home. We attempted to arrange an Uber to the airport, but just as it was scheduled to arrive, we were notified that no drivers were available. Taxi service was also unavailable, as this is a smaller town. When we asked the front desk if there were any other options, they immediately stepped in to help. Within five minutes, the Human Resources Director came out from the back office and told us he was bringing his car around to personally take us to the airport. We were genuinely surprised and incredibly grateful—it was service above and beyond anything we expected. If I ever have the opportunity to return to Stevens Point, Wisconsin, I will absolutely stay here again."
