Brand new remodel comfortable 1 beds apt. There is unique trail close by property that most customers really enjoyed. Very quiet and safe neighborhood. Great landscaping in the backyard and the property is sitting on 3 acres land.

It is close to the foot of White Mountain. Mt. Washington is close by. 15 minutes away from Franconia Notch State Park. Bretton woods ski resort, 10 minutes to Littleton, NH.
Story land and Ice Castles is half hour away. There is snowmobile train entrance on the property.

Fabulous hosts who went out of their way to accommodate my stay. Great base location when heading to the White Mountains and surrounding parks if you are not camping. Clean and quiet. Just perfect.

The condo was very clean and comfortable. Eddie's instructions to get into the condo were excellent and there was even free Hulu! The washers & dryers are downstairs in the basement and there was detergent and fabric sheets available. All in all, a very pleasant stay! Oh, and Eddie's wife ran cookies out to me just as I was about to leave. Thank you so much!

My friend and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The laundry was a bonus halfway through a week long trip. The host was very responsive to us when we discovered we had left something behind. This was a convenient place to stay as we explored New Hampshire and Vermont.

A great little apartment in a lovely town
Apartment was as expected and great price. Well equipped kitchen, lots of light, comfortable bed, roomy bathroom. Eddie was easy to work with, got back promptly with answers to any questions, and generous with his towels, kitchen equipment and Keurig pods. There’s a little grocer within walking distance — I had no problem cooking during about half my stay — and several good restaurants within walking distance. Highly recommend!

Clean, Efficient and Safe
My granddaughter and I stayed here during the Highland Games. It was clean and had many considerate extras. The kitchen is efficient and has everything we needed, plus. Eddie was on site and met us when we arrived. We felt safe and secure. The bed was very comfortable. Thank you!

Perfect stop!
The description was spot on! We arrived close to dark but entry was easy. We loved the chairs out in the deck for coffee each morning. The town was great and we enjoyed dinner at two places recommended by the owner and they were DELICIOUS! We will definitely stay again when in the area and have already recommended the space to family and friends living in VT and NH.

Most fully equipped apartment, perfect place to stay
Very clean, and far more spacious than the pictures make it appear! The full sized refrigerator and stove were why we chose to stay here, and the kitchen had all the cooking utensils and dishes we wanted. There is a good amount of storage space on kitchen shelves also. The AC worked perfectly (it was in the 90s while we were there and the apartment stayed perfectly cool). The wifi worked well, the TV was nice, the bed was comfortable. Our hosts were very responsive, and we will definitely be staying there when we next get to NH!

My husband and I enjoyed our trip and the VRBO was perfect for our needs. They even provided coffee for the Keurig. The location was perfect, as it was very close to all of the mountains that we wanted to hike. We loved the area and the property provided everything we needed for our trip. Bonus, it was in walking distance to Rek lis Brewing.

The perfect spot for a quiet and peaceful getaway.
Near the north end of Franconia SP where there are plenty of less mountainous and less known trails. The unit is ultra clean and has everything you need. Delightful deck; very private due to woods that surround. Fell asleep to sounds of peepers (it is May). Hosts are very responsive to anything you need. Will be back!
