Presidential Mountain Resort is located in the bucolic town of Bethlehem, New Hampshire, nestled within the scenic White Mountains. The Site is characterized by rolling topography, a 20-acre lake with streams and wetlands, forests, meadows, and sweeping views of the surrounding countryside. Bethlehem is the highest town east of the Mississippi River, at 1,426 ft. above sea level, and is surrounded by National and State Forests.
