« Hotel très simple, bien situé au cœur de la région des Catskills; malheureusement vous pouvez faire les demandes que vous voulez, même par écrit, c'est pas sûr que vous les ayez: j'ai demandé une chambre à l'étage (il n'y en a qu'un), mais n'ai pas pu l'obtenir, malgré mes e'mails répétés. Pour le reste j'ai préféré manger et payer le petit déjeuner ailleurs car là c'était moyen. Sinon établissement un peu vieillissant mais propre. »

We would have preferred them saying they don’t allow early access or charges us a pro rated amount for the room. The restaurant is very good and our waiter was wonderful.
