Never staying here! There was no one at the bell desk and at the check-in desk when I arrived at around midnight. After waiting for about 10 minutes and handling my luggage myself, someone showed up at the check-in desk only to take 15 more minutes to process the check-in. When I asked for a mosquito repellent, the staff brought it in 30 minutes and it was a different plug type so it wouldn't go in the socket. I didn't bother to call the reception again as I was tired but they should have brought something that worked in the first place. The toilet was dirty and not sanitized, the room floor was oily and sticky, the WC was not fixed properly (it was shaking when used!). Over all condition of the room was very poor. Pour le Sri Lanka, c'est pas mal...ils ne savent pas encore faire avec le tourisme. Le personnel est très gentil et serviable, le restaurant est très correct.
