Very friendly service and a comfortable experience. A nice quiet alternative to the hustle and bustle of peak ski season Jindy... Great for families. Most importantly for skiers, the showers are HOT with great water pressure. Will stay again.

The owner was a friendly bloke who was absolutely easy to deal with. The room we booked was spacious and the kids loved jumping around. I was only there for 1 night and it was super convenient

Hotel. Com most disgusting listing
Disgusting, could not stay there, walked in walked out without being able to get any type of refund inpart or full ,booked accommodation elsewhere for the 2 nights . Strongly recommend not to stay at this Accommodation, Management appalling and complex even worse.

Guest booked a family motel room but stated to management he booked an apartment with full kitchen, loungeroom and fireplace. After a short time guest returned showing online pictures of the lodge section of the property. Guest was informed only lodge room guests have access to these areas and that his reservation did not show or mention these features. Guest then demand an apartment with kitchen and when informed that was not possible he stormed out. Please check room type and facilities before booking. Cheers.

Small Motel in small country town
My stay here was pleasant and the owner very helpful. My room had a shared bathroom. the motel provides a help yourself continental breakfast and a large kitchen if you wish to cook your own meals

its a good size room for family but air con was very bad and no exhaust fan bathroom no air dryer no iran it was shocking.

Helli room 6 guests, Air conditioner works extremely well both for heating and cooling. However changing the mode and setting temp at 30 degrees will not work. Leavng the door open also allows heat to escape. Bathroom has a ceiling vent. Hair dryer and iron is available from reception.

WORST EXPERIENCE
Besides all the good reviews had a bad experience with this property. The person on the reception is so short tempered he need a psychiatrist. Very harsh and rude. I know customer is not always right but its his responsibility to take care each and every one. If the check in time mentioned in the booking starts at 1600hrs it means who ever is responsible to attend the guests will be there before time. I hope you will read this review and understand the customers point of view. If your getting late to reach on time and attend the guest please accept it and sorry for those who waiting at a locked reception. Even after you pushed me and misbehaved i asked you very nicely to give me in written as a proof that you are cancelling my booking so i can get my money back but you didn’t understand it in simple. Still my money is not returned to me till today. I reported this to hotels.com but neither you nor this booking site is taking any responsibility. Which leads me to take a serious actions against both of you

Hi Tajam. I received several calls from you and your companions prior to check in time. If the calls were not demanding, rude and unreasonable in nature I could of told you your room number and key location. In person you and your companion continued to demand, be rude, be offensive and were aggressive in nature. This behaviour towards staff is unacceptable and will not be tolerated. You are the first guests in 22 years of hospitality to be refuse check in.

Old school motel with good service
The Snowdream Motel is a clean, but basic motel nearby Thredbo and Perisher. The room was relatively spacious, with plenty of room to put bags. The bathroom was clean and the shower pressure is good - a big plus when it is freezing outside. This place is not fancy, the sheets on the beds don't match, neither do the towels, and they don't supply individual soaps and shampoos (they have large bottles instead), but if you are looking for somewhere warm to stay on your way to the snow, this place is perfectly adequate. The rate was good value and the manager was kind enough to have the heater running before we arrived late at night - this was a real nice touch.

We stayed in one of the lodge units with our own bathroom. The room was a little dated but the service and friendliness was great. It was so nice to stay in our own small lodge with fire and kitchen. would definitely stay here again. You don't really notice the extra travel time to Berridale at the end of the day once you leave the mountain.

Great place for a short stay!
A very comfortable stay for a very reasonable price. I was offered a room upgrade and for $90/night it was a very worthwhile stay with comfortable bedding, clean room and towels and amenities included, easy check-in with the friendly owner. Milk, tea and coffee was also provided so can't help but recommend this place. It's a pity the breakfast was not available, but apparently the demand was too low to offer, so can understand, and there is a good coffee shop nearby to have a nice brekky.

Uncomfortable experience.
The motel was nice enough. However, in our experience, the manager was completely unreasonable. There was a Micro oven but no cutlery. It promised Free WiFi in every room but it was not there. When we asked about those two things, the manager became extremely angry and agressive. He stormed into our room, started swearing in front of my two young children, became abusive and physically threatened us. It was a horrible experience. Then he demanded $500 without explaining what for or why. He actually had the hide to withdraw $500 from my credit card without my permission. I have never experienced anything like it. I then had to email him to give it back, which he did. As we left, the manager, to his credit, apologised for his behaviour. Nevertheless, I shall never stay there again.

The guest has confronted management in an aggressive manner after staying two nights stating that the free wifi was not sufficient to complete important work. Explanation that NBN had only just been connected and he was offered to use the communal lounge where the wifi signal was stronger. The guest stated this was unacceptable and threatened to discredit the business. The guest has continued to make aggressive remarks towards the manager and suggested he would cause damage. Due to the guests behaviour and threats he was ordered to vacate his room. Guests has refused to leave stating he had ski lessons booked that day. Manager has then explained to the guest that if he wished to continue to stay a t the property a $500 bond would be taken. The guest has stayed an additionsl 2 nights without further complaint.
