This delightful holiday rental offers a comfortable and relaxing retreat for up to six guests, making it an ideal choice for families or a group of friends seeking a beachside getaway. Things to note about the property: \- Linen and towels are not supplied (contact our office for the local linen hire company) \- Aircon and Wifi are NOT available. \- No Garage access \- No smoking inside the house \- No Pets allowed. Inside: The cottage features two inviting bedrooms, ensuring a restful night's sleep for all. The open-plan design of the living space creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere, with a seamless flow between the lounge, kitchen, and dining areas. As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a spacious loungeroom, perfect for unwinding after a day of outdoor activities. Adjacent to the lounge, you'll find a well-equipped kitchen, complete with appliances to prepare delicious meals during your stay. The dining area is conveniently located within the same open space, providing a comfortable setting for shared meals and memorable conversations. A hallway branching off from the main living area leads to the two bedrooms and a bathroom with laundry facilities. The bedrooms are designed to provide a peaceful ambiance, allowing you to recharge and relax. The bathroom offers both convenience and comfort, equipped with essential amenities and a laundry area for added convenience during your stay. Outside: Moving past the kitchen, you'll discover a spacious backyard where you can soak up the sun and enjoy the fresh coastal air. It's worth noting that there is no fence or gate separating the back and front yards, creating an open and airy environment. The house itself was easy to clean and child friendly. Minutes walk to the beach and river. House is basically furnished but has all you should need for a simple beach getaway. Location is excellent in easy walking distance to beach and lagoon and the kangaroos jumping through the yard were a bonus. The cottage isn't fancy but was clean, spacious and comfortable.
