Amazing mountain view. It was breathtaking to wake up to the view and have coffee/drinks/meal on the balcony. The apartment was well equipped with Pots, pans, utensils, knives, scissor , wine bottle opener fridge, dishwasher. Plenty of room for 5 of us in the family with kids to stay. Loved it! Staff were friendly and someone was available on the front desk. Only thing was there was no room service / cleaning like standard hotels. That was expected when you rent apartment style stay.

It was totaly amazing. Everything was perfect. The view, the service, the food, the wine.

I had such a lovely stay here during my visit to Gstaad! A wonderful place to relax and enjoy this beautiful mountain village. I was travelling on my own and felt very comfortable and at ease. My only wish is that I could have stayed longer! I would happily return and recommend it to anyone planning a visit.

Everything was amazing. Every person who we met was amazing. Views are to die for. 10/10

The hotel was a perfect start to our stay in Switzerland. The views were stunning, the breakfast was delicious and the staff (especially Margerit and Nazrin) could not have been more helpful.

excellent location and helpful staff, breakfast was excellent as well

The staff was very very helpful especially Sebastian who made our stay easy and comfortable after hours of driving

Straight up the BEST hotel we’ve stayed at with an absolutely unreal view. If you’re coming to Switzerland, seriously just come straight here and get a suite. We’ve travelled around the world and I promise you it doesn’t get much better than this. There are too many things we love about this hotel to list. We can’t wait to come back!

Location is beautiful!!

It was a gorgeous hotel in a very beautiful setting. Very convenient location with a short boat ride to the scenic town of Brienz. Incredible view and hikes around the waterfall. The breakfast was exceptional.

We really enjoyed our stay! The hotel staff are wonderful, the food is fantastic (the best steak that we have ever had!), and the location is ideal (bus stop is in the parking lot ski in ski out when there is snow). The rooms are clean and modern. A resort shuttle runs when buses are not running (at an additional cost). This all made for a relaxing stay.

Location 10/10 Parking limited but no issues. Great views. Spa was nice, very European not the same as local Canadian spas if your not naked your out of place.
