The centrally located and modern 60 m² apartment has been freshly renovated. In the living room there is a sofa with a sleeping function (140x200 cm). The bedroom has a double bed (180 x 200 cm) with new mattresses. After a nice tour of Berlin you can relax and sleep well, because the apartment is in a quiet area. But you can also conjure up a great dinner through the fully equipped kitchen. With warm colors and the lovingly coordinated interior, you just have to feel comfortable in the apartment. Underfloor heating and WiFi make your stay even more comfortable. The apartment also has a modern convection stove, a dishwasher, a washing machine, a refrigerator, a coffee machine, a kettle, a toaster, a TV and a hairdryer. The entire apartment is newly furnished! Shopping facilities for self-catering can be reached in just 2 minutes on foot and are open from Mon-Sat: 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. The center, about 7 km away, can be reached in 20 minutes by public transport. The nearest tram and bus stop are only a 1-minute walk away. From here it is easy to conquer Berlin without a car. The connection to public transport is very good. Despite new laws in Berlin - we can continue to rent to you! Please note that in Berlin guests have to pay an additional 5% overnight tax in cash on arrival on site. Wohnung ist so wie auf den Bildern dargestellt ,jedoch, sind etliche Möbel abgewohnt. Im großen Flur fehlt eine Garderobe ,die nassen Jacken mussten wir auf die Stühle hängen. Im Bad gibt es keinerlei Ablagemöglichkeiten für die Kosmetik ,in der Dusche hat sich Schimmel gebildet. Die Badtür konnte man kaum bewegen .Die Küchenzeile ist sehr schön, allerdings sind Backofen, Toaster, Dunstabzugshaube ,Wasserkocher, Kaffeemaschine und einige Töpfe sehr schmutzig ,so dass wir diese so nicht benutzen konnten. Wir haben das Beste aus der Situation gemacht und ein schönes Wochenende verbracht. Für Gehbehinderte ist die Wohnung nicht geeignet, da sie sich im Keller befindet und eine steile ,schmale Treppe hat. ##### Roland K. Handtücher und Bettwäsche waren irgendwie immer leicht feucht, da man schlecht lüften konnte. Umgebung und öffentliche Verkehrsanbindung sehr gut. ##### Stefanie D. Séjour de 4 nuits en juillet 2021 ### 8/10 – Bien #### Anne-Marie V. 26 mai 2017 #### Tiptop Wohnung Diese neu renovierte Wohnung war sehr sauber und mit allem Komfort. Es fehlten nur zwei kleine Nachttischlampen. Sie liegt auch sehr ruhig trotz der Tram, die fast vor der Tür hält und das ganze Gebäude erschüttert, aber nur flüchtig, das störte uns nicht und wir konnten sehr gut schlafen. Die Betten sind sehr komfortabel. Als wir ankamen, wurden wir freundlich empfangen. Das einzige, was uns gestört hat, war, dass die Wohnung, die im Untergeschoss liegt, gar nicht als solche beschrieben war. Sie war zwar hell genug aber die Fotos sind ein bisschen irreführend.
