Great location
Nice hotel in a beautiful location. Shower drain is clogged and needs to be cleaned but otherwise everything is in great condition.

It is a nice Hotel overall. Did not have A/C. Maybe typical for Germany, but it got really steamy in the room. The nearby lake makes the area more humid, so not having an A/C or at least a ceiling fan is not that great. Parking fees were a bit on the high side for Europe. Food was ridiculous. 120 euro for 1 adult and 3 kids 11, 13 and 15.

Nice hotel with a few lovely staff members. Beautiful location overlooking the lake. Hotel is targeted at business clients so we were a bit out of place in holiday mode but good all the same

I was extremely impressed with my stay. Incredible location on the water, quick access to bike and run path, hotel restaurant was quality and reasonably priced, and pool/sauna was great. It will definitely be my first choice when I come back to Potsdam.

Breakfast was great and the room we had has it's own balcony for privacy. Definitely would recommend to anyone staying in the area!

Very good facilities. Food was nice. Bed was a but hard and was two twins put together rather than a double. No view from the window. Only one pillow each on the bed.

clean and comfortable.
The lake and view is amazing. Getting to the hotel from the tram station was not too good. Long walk with luggage. It is a nature reserve but there was litter everywhere which was a real shame. The hotel should have a litter picking project. It would be so good if they did keep it clean, no plastics. I couldn't walk too far. They have a water taxi which is amazing. The hotel was clean and comfortable.

A resort for locals
From check in until check out it was clear we were not welcome. We were charged for everything to include the dog and parking. A double comfort room is two twin beds pushed together. I understand German better than I speak it and I was not pleased with management when I asked to upgrade. While I was conversing with the desk lady she rudely cut off our conversation from a seat in the back office to say absolutely not. On a positive note it is within walking distance to the Bahnhof so you can escape.

Relaxing Family Vacation
Hotel was near the lake. So I reserved. But I got much more than I had expected. There was large pool, exercise room, great view of the lake, paved bike path, nearby restaurant, etc. Having delicious breakfast outside with the view of the lake was such a pleasure. I will come back again if I come back to Potsdam!

Pleasant get-away
Quiet location on the lake. Pleasant dining area. Excellent breakfast. Many staff spoke little English. Far from town, so fine if you have your own vehicle, but expensive taxi ride otherwise.

Leider hat uns diese Unterkunft nicht gut gefallen. Für die Pool, Fitness Benutzung sollten pro Person und Tag 6€ extra berechnet werden. Was vorher nirgends stand. Als ich mich darüber beschwerte bekamen wir einen Gutschein für 1x Schwimmen Die Minibar im Zimmer war mit einer Spaxschraube zugeschraubt was sehr merkwürdig aussah! Wenn man was haben wollte gab es ein Angebot für 18€ 3 Getränke und 2 Snacks Aus einem Automaten im Flurbereich. Am Anreisetag gab es leider kein offenes Restaurant, sondern nur eine Snackbar wo wir freundlich drauf hingewiesen wurden, das wir dann bitte jetzt was essen, weil sie gleich zumachen (19:00 Uhr). Es hat im Zimmer sehr nach Hund gerochen, obwohl es da keinen Teppich gab! (Wir hatten allerdings auch mit Hund gebucht) aber der Geruch war schon sehr doll. Das Wasser in der Dusche lief nicht ordentlich ab und der Tv hat die ganze zeit nur gesagt erneut laden. Wir hatten 1 Hund dabei. Wir hatten bei der Abreise bei anderen Leuten gesehen das die eine Hundedecke usw vom Hotel gestellt bekommen hatten. Als ich das bei der Abreise anmerkte bekam ich die Antwort ja da hätten sie bescheid sagen müssen. Das wisse man ja nicht das wir einen Hund dabeihaben! Hm aber das ich für einen Hund bezahlen muss das wussten sie? Komisch! Ach das Frühstück war sehr lecker wenn man um 7:30 da war wenn man erst um 9:00 hin geht bekommt man leider nicht mehr alles. Es wurde nichts nachgefüllt. Wir sind mit dem Hotel sehr unzufrieden gewesen für den Preis

Der Check-in verlief reibungslos von einem sehr netten Mitarbeiter. Wir haben uns sofort willkommen gefühlt. Das Frühstück an beiden Tage war ok. Das Abendessen á la carte war für uns nichts besonderes. Wir hatten uns von der Currywurst mit Pommes für 15,00 Euro etwas anderes erwartet. Der Check Out ging schnell, allerdings völlig emotionslos. Keine Frage wie war der Aufenthalt, keine gute Fahrt etc. Ein Highlight war für unser Kind die Gummibärchen und die Dinos und der freie Eintritt ins Hoteleigene Schwimmbad zu seinem Geburtstag - als Geschenk vom Hotel. Danke dafür. Parkplatz 14,00 Euro etwas überteuert. Ansonsten bleibt nur die Möglichkeit am Waldrand/Straßenrand sein Auto abzustellen.

Skuffende oplevelse.
Fik et hjørneværelse, havde bestilt Standard plus kategori. Queens size sengen var stillet op i et hjørne så man ikke kunne gå omkring den, derfor også kun læse lampe i den ene side. Værelset var ikke renoveret som dem som var afbilledet og underligt nok de 2 nabo værelser vi så var renoverede, hvor sengen stod så man kunne gå omkring den. Nævnte det i receptionen som bagatelliserede det fuldstændig, endvidere blot til info kostede parkering 14,00 €. med mindre man ville holde på en øde skovvej 200 meter fra Hotellet.

Sehr gerne wieder.
Das Hotel war rundum in Ordnung. Der CheckIn ging schnell und unkompliziert und das Zimmer war sauber und zweckmäßig. Leider gab es keine Minibar aber ansonsten war alles vorhanden. Das Gym, Bad und Sauna kostet am Tag 6€ für einen Erwachsenen. Frühstück war vielseitig, ausreichend und lecker. Das Hotel empfehle ich gern weiter.

Positivo El desayuno es muy completo, ofrecen variedad de ingredientes. Esta situado cerca a un lago muy bonito, donde se puede respirar aire fresco y disfrutar las tonalidades de la naturaleza. Negativo Si no tienes auto, hay que caminar desde la estación de tren al hotel un promedio de 20 minutos.

Erholung findet man in dieser ruhigen Umgebung am Templiner See und in Waldnähe garantiert. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden sich ca. 1,5 km entfernt. Das Wassertaxi hält am Hotel. Mit diesem kann man auf schnellem Weg die Innenstadt erreichen. Leider wird der Wellness- und Fitnessbereich pro Person extra berechnet.
