### Nice apartment in Potsdam

If you value residential culture, calm and in the house service, you should choose our luxurylodge: a 66m² 2 room apartment with 9 m² south terrace. In addition, you get a private parking space on the property, completely free of charge!  
In the house reception, restaurant with terrace, garden and massage practice. The apartment is located in a completely restored earlier pharmaceutical factory for the cough juice production of the Täschner family. The building, which was converted in 1925 for these purposes, has its own park only 100 meters from the Holy Lake and is now used - after a monument -friendly complete renovation in 2010 - older gentlemen as a luxurious residence. Also at a distance: the historic Dutch district, the shopping streets of the old town of Potsdam and the many sights of Potsdam. The apartment is set up at the highest level: flat screen TV, WiFi, modern complete kitchen, a GEC
