Hotel looks like stuck in 90 s ,,staff dont speak english a word .good thing is close to railway if you need reach Central berlin

Zużyte - zapadnięte materace, wszystkie pokoje identyczne, czyli business standard jak na booking.com a nie superior. Brudne zasłony, wykładzina. Brak wymiany ręczników i śmieci przez kilka dni pobytu.

set your timer to obtain a wifi password every day
I never knew they put two twin beds together & called it a double. They could have at least put a double sheet on it, as the twin mattresses were constantly sliding around. They never changed our towels out once.(8 days) I believe the only cleaning that was done was folding our comforter(s) & taking trash. The local area was rather "sleepy." The steakhouse only accepted cash. Of the other two restaurants across the street, one was never open (8 days) and the other was open once. Keep in mind all stores are closed on Sundays. Staff spoke extremely limited english. Also, a huge inconvenience was you had to get a new password every day for each device you needed wifi. The room was huge. 3 large windows with a view & quiet. Tiny tv. They advertised sauna but it was not on premises. Parking was free & convenient.

Great location with all needs catered for nearby with regard to shops, post office, great bar with food and band on weekend. Train service excellent and approx 30 mins by train to city and Laundromat 15mins by train. Large enough room for 5 day stay. No aircon and was very warm and humid.

Good enough for your budget
This hotel is near U bahn station (Hönow). It is about 3-minute walk. The room is clean. Free WIFI is offered but it is needed to be re-connected frequently. One supermarket (LIDL) is only 400 meters away from the hotel.

Very nice, new hotel, well located.
Everything was pleasant absolutely. The relation of a persrnal, the most important - a site, proximity of the subway. Breakfast in number according to the advanced order. WiFi worked well. I will always try to stay in this hotel.

Das geht nicht ! Bad total dreckig,haufenweise Haare in der Dusche, Plastikvorhang, Papier hinter dem Abfalleimer, verschimmelte Fugen usw. Bett durchgelegen. Kein Restaurant, kein Frühstück, Rechnung erst auf nachfragen bekommen. Fazit: Das Ding sollte man abreißen.

Zimmer war groß. Allerdings sollte besser auf den Zustand der Bettwäsche geachtet werden. Bettbezug war eingerißen und die Füllung der Kopfkissen war sehr dünn. Das Hotel hat einen sehr gemütlichen Frühstücksraum der allerdings nicht genutzt wird was sehr schade ist. In der Nähe gibt es nur 2 Möglichkeiten wo man Frühstück bekommen kann. Sauberkeit und Personal waren in Ordnung. An den Handtücher und Duschtüchern fehlten Aufhänger.

Wo fang ich an? Der Reihe nach. Check-In: Der Check in war zwar im großen und ganzen einfach, allerdings hat der junge Mann an der Rezeption,ich habe mit Kreditkarte auf Expedia "gebucht", mich gefragt ob ich das jetzt bezahlen möchte. Völlig verwirrt meinte ich, ich hab das über Expedia gebucht. Da meinte er nur, da wird nur geschaut ob die Karte überhaupt belastet werden kann. Ok, dacht ich kann mir ja egal sein. Ich hab dann nur gesagt ja ich würd dann auch über die Kreditkarte zahlen. Das verlief dann relativ einfach. Wir haben die Schlüssel bekommen, 4 Personen 3 Zimmer und sind dann Richtung unserer Zimmer losgezockelt. Ich teilte mir mit jemanden ein Zimmer. Die beiden anderen hatten jeweils eins allein. Mein Zimmer und das von nem Freund war nur irgendwie nicht leer. Da lagen Sachen. Schuhe. Klamotten. Reisekoffer. Wir sind dann zurück zur Rezeption und haben gesagt, dass da irgendwas nicht stimmt. Der junge Mann an der Rezeption stellte dann völlig entgeistert fest, das er uns die falschen Schlüssel ausgehändigt hat. Er hat uns eine neue Buchungsbestätigung ausgehändigt und neue Schlüssel. Diese Zimmer waren dann unbewohnt. Zimmer waren okay. Unser hatte kleine makel, aber das geht. Komisch ist das man seine Schlüssel abgeben soll biem verlassen. Haben wir nicht gemacht. Rechtlich gibts da keine Handhabe. Die blonde junge Dame an der Rezeption an dem Abend war auch nicht sehr freundlich. 3 Sterne? Die Bilder sind nur Augenwischerei, realität ist ganz anders.

Geräumige Zimmer - ruhige Lage
Geräumiges Zimmer in gutem Zustand. Das Zimmer - nicht zur Strasse - war sehr ruhig. Die Matratze ist uneben und sehr weich. Die Dusche hat leichte Stockflecken. Der Verkehrsanschluss zu U-Bahn und Bus ist gut (auch zum Flughafen)

Das Personal war wirklich super freundlich und rund um die Uhr verfügbar. Die Sauberkeit ist so la la. Die Zimmer sind wahrscheinlich noch aus den 80ern und nicht modernisiert. Preis ist aber angemessen. Ich habe mich trotzdem wohl gefühlt.
