Normal hotel

Very big hotel, good for congressed. The room are normal, a bot outdated. Tge carpet floor is stained, that it s not very nice.

Trotz laufendem Umbau sehr gut

Besonders sticht das Personal hervor. Auf allen Positionen, Empfang, Restaurant, Zimmerreinigung, wurde sehr gute Leistung gezeigt, die Auszubildenden eingeschlossen

Schöner Urlaub mit meinen Kindern

Der Empfang war sehr freundlich. Zimmer sind relativ neu und modern eingerichtet. Gratis WLAN relativ schlechter Empfang. Der Preis für schnelleres WLAN ist hoch. Restaurants im Hotel sind sehr gut. Frühstücksbüffet war sehr gut. Aless war vorhanden. Preis dafür ist gerechtfertigt. Was teuer ist, der Tiefgaragenparkplatz. Hotel ist zu empfehlen. Gerne wieder

Kurz-Trip mit als Belohnung mit Schatzi

Uns hat es gut gefallen in Berlin im Hotel Estrel. Leider war die Zeit zu kurz, wir kommen wieder! Beim nächsten Mal machen wir den Ausflug mit dem Schiff, welches vor der Haustür einlädt zum Sightseeing vom Wasser aus!

Great Hotel

We stayed from Christmas to New Years. The time from 12/24-12/27 was really great because the hotel was almost empty. No standing in line for breakfast, relaxed staff. There were shows going on but we didn't hear anything in the room which was a nice surprise. However, the hotel filled up around 12/29. The breakfast became kinda hectic, and people who showed up after 9 had to stand in line. Breakfast is good but I had expected more variety for almost 20 euro/person. Parking costs around 18 euro a night! It was snowing and there was also road construction, so we didn't take a chance trying to park in the street. Also, there is no coffee/tea maker in the room but you can purchase coffee/tea.

Love this hotel

From the check in to dinner, it was all fantastic! To top it off, they have a Las Vegas style impersonation show. Nothing like having Marilyn Monroe walk by (dead on) and sit down to eat at the restaurant. Will definitely return!!

Hyvät ja avarat tilat isommillekin porukalle, olikohan meitä reilut 2000 ja hyvin mahtui. Hotellisakin oli tilaa liikkua ja hyvät ravintolat. Aamupala vähän kalliinpuoleinen mutta oli se maukkaan runsaskin.

Efficient and quiet

The rooms were well organized, efficient and quiet. The exercise facility was not large but also not busy, and the equipment was great. It was convenient to the metro system and two small grocery concerns, so snack were easy to obtain if one wanted something less than formal dining. It is adjacent to a large convention center which was quite convenient. The internet worked fine and the room was quite comfortable if one likes a firm mattress. Great for business.

Hotel in a congress center - a

Hotel in a congress center - a congress center in a hotel. Lies in the outskirts of Berlin with good connections to city with S-trains and U-Bahns. They charge for internet 3,00 euros per beginning hour - log on/logg off and only the minutes you are logged on are counted. For me it was 15,00 euros for four days stay. Breakfast was not included (18,00 euros) which made the stay quite expensive.
