Gret city hotel
This was a business trip and it was perfect. Free nearby parking, close to the train station and free wifi. Plus the room was quiet even though I was facing the street. Staff were very nice and helpful

Inadequate value for the money
In almost all respects the hotel was adequate. The staff was friendly and helpful. However, our room was by far the smallest hotel room we have ever encountered; there was not even enough room to place the suitcases anywhere. Internet connection was problematic, at best. Otherwise our room was clean and well-serviced; it included a small but adequate bathroom.

good location. close to public transportation to the city and direct bus to the airport about 20min. room was small but enough to get rest. the staff were very helpful and nice:):) would go back if i ever go back to Berlin!!

Our stay at the Eco Landmark Hotel, Berlin
The hotel was amazing. We had a room for a family of four and it was quite spacious with a balcony. The breakfast was very good with quite a good choice of food. The room was very clean and the service impeccable. All the staff were helpful and friendly and Engkish speaking. It was close to the train station and bus stops and very central. It's a pity that we couldn't get WiFi in the room. Otherwise the stay was great

They treat you like family
I arrived with an unexpected serious eye infection. All the ladies at the desk took very good care of me, including finding a doctor and assisting in changing my flight plans. I recommend them.

Pro: nette Rezeption mit Hinweisen zu geänderten Frühstückszeiten, Parkplatzalternativen und Öffnen der Eingangstür nach 22 Uhr; sauberes eigenes Bad; leises Zimmer; nettes kleines Frühstück, gutes kostenloses WLAN Contra: Risse im Teppichboden im Flur (1. Etage), abgesplitere Farbe am Türrahmen des Zimmers, Schleifspuren im Zimmer ( uns hat es alles nicht gestört ) Neutral: starke Heizung im Zimmer, kleiner Kühlschrank auf dem Zimmer

Unfreundlich und nicht kundenorientiert
Das Zimmer wurde trotz nicht erstattungsfähiger Rate anderweitig vermietet - das nur, weil die eine von drei (bereits bezahlten) Übernachtungen nicht genutzt wurde. Beim Versuch das Problem zu lösen, legte die Mitarbeiterin einfach auf. Das war die letzte Buchung diesem Hotel.

Vcelku spokojenost
hotel odpovídá německým cenám,snad by jen mohli v nabídkách pokojů uvádět nutnost rezervace parkování před hotelem,nám vyšli vstříc,ale chybělo málo a měli jsme smůlu. Jinak personál vstřícný,a hlavně Výborné snídaně! Vynikající přístup vedení hotelu,vstřícnost(jak paní recepční,tak ředitel p.Jerczyk).Domluva v několika jazycích,pro východo(středo)evropany příjemná možnost použít ruský jazyk :),snad jen společný balkon pro dva pokoje(my nekuřáci,sousedé naopak) může být malý problém,jinak relativně spokojenost.

Hyvä perushotelli lähellä kaikkea
Pääsimme kirjautumaan hotelliin jo klo 11:00. Henkilökunta oli ystävällistä, mutta englanniksi ei voi kovin paljoa kommunikoida. Siisti, turvallinen perushotelli jossa päivittäisestä siisteydestä huolehdittiin. Mitä ilmeisimmin myös paikallisten suosiossa. Lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä ostoskatu Ku'damm, lukuisia merkkiliikkeitä, hyviä ja huokeita ravintoloita, aurinkoisia terasseja ja sopivasti vilinää. Bussi ja S- tai U-bahn vie näppärästi minne tahansa päin kaupunkia.

Der Service war Ok. Das Personal hat sich Mühe gegeben. Aber angefangen bei einer Zimmertür, wo man im verschlossenen Zustand einen 5mm Türspalt hat, also auch laut vom Flur her, die Steckdosen am Bett konnt man nicht nutzen, da das neue Bett davor stand und man es nicht bewegen konnte, es keine Nachttischlampe gibt und auch kein Schalter am Bett, wo man eina andres Licht einschalten konnte, das Tv-Programm wirklich drei Sender hatte und Radio, die Fenster nicht richtig dicht sind, so das man man nachts um 3.00Uhr wach wird im zweiten Stock, weil draussen Leute vor der Tür rauchten, altes Linoleum auf dem Boden sehr unangenehm ist, so das man definitv Hausschuhe benötigt und morgens um 5.00 Uhr das Treppenhaus gesaugt wird. Der Abschluß war dann der Kaffeeautomat im Empfang, wo man den 2€-Kaffee in einem überdimensionierten Kaffeebecher suchen konnte. Da bekommt man selbst an der Tankstelle mehr. Das Zimmer auf dem Foto, habe ich definitiv nicht bekommen.

Com supermercado perto e acessibilidade para o transporte público, o hotel tem ótima localização perto da kuhdamm e tem funcionários muito solicitos e atenciosos apesar de não falarem bem inglês. Só o Wi-Fi que não funciona em vários momentos, o hotel conta com 3 andares e uma rede pra cada. Após as 22h as redes por andar sumiam e ficava apenas a recepção (quando ficava) que caia toda hora.

Eenvoudig hotel, met nieuwe badkamer in de door ons geboekte kamer. Ontbijt is eenvoudig maar goed. Veel rumoer van andere gasten. Hotelpersoneel deed daar verder niets aan.

Hotellin taso OK, en sanoisi että 4 tähden hotelli mutta kelpo 3. Wifi ei toiminut 4. kerroksen huoneessamme kunnolla. Hotellia varatessamme aamiaisen piti kuulua hintaan, mutta hotellille saavuttuamme kuulimme ettei se kuulunutkaan hintaan ja olisi pitänyt maksaa extra paikan päällä. Seuraavana aamuna kävimme katsomassa miltä aamiainen näyttää eikä se vastannut odotuksiamme. Emme ostaneet aamiaista hotellilla vaan menimme suosiolla läheiseen kahvilaan. Aamiaiseen liittyvän sotkun takia jäi hieman paha maku suuhun hotellista..

Un bon rapport qualité-prix
Un bon hôtel pour son prix. La chambre est très propre, grande, avec un balcon. L'hôtel est situé à 5mins à pied de la station de métro. On rejoint le centre ville en 30mins. C'est un très bon hôtel abordable pour visite Berlin !

Nice small hotel in calm location
The hotel was exactly as I expected: small, nice, in a good calm location (10 min to S Charlottenburg, 15 min to S Halensee by foot, near the park and supermarket Lidl). The room was not to small (for 1 person), nice style, fresh air from the park near. The bathroom in good condition, enough soap and shampoo. The breakfast was also good, included hot dishes. The only thing, that was not so good: wi-fi (sometimes didn't work). In general, very good hotel for its price. P.S. Персонал говорит по-русски :)

Small room, but OK
The room was very small. There was no room for a normal chair, instead a stool was provided. The room was nicely outfitted with a comfortable bed, shower and toilet. Everything was clean. I didn't spend much time in my room, but in case you would want to do so or need to do so, the only reasonable option would be to use the bed. There was a small fridge (not for a hotel bar), so I could bring some drinks and snacks to my room that would need to be kept cold. Alas, no watercooker was provided. So I couldn't make a cup of tea in the morning or evening. Concluding: For the price I was satisfied and would go there again.

I didnt have a Good experience with this hotel unfortunately. The first evening I had a really bad experience with the owner. Since I've been told that I could take hot water from the machine in the breakfast room I was on my way to take it. However the owner did not agree upon this and start talking very rude in German/Russian to my. I told him that I didn't appreciate the tone he was talking to me since I was one of his guests, but he did not care about that. The day thereafter I lost my hat (expensive) in the hotel, the receptionist found it that evening and put it one the desk. The morning thereafter it was gone. Which means that or the hotel guests or one of the staff members should have taken it. The lobby is represented by three cameras, so I kindly asked them to have a look at the video so they could easily see who took my hat. A lot of excuses leaded to the fact that they haven't show me anything on camera until today. Which is very odd to me..... (Something to hide?) Furthermore a colleague of me arrived back at the hotel realizing that the housekeeping (or whoever) forgot to close his door which was still open. However the women at the lobby was the only one who was very friendly and very willing to help, but as long as the owner isn't I"ll be difficult for her to satisfy customers properly.

Roligt hotel, væk fra alt gade støj. Dog larmer vandrørerne, når der bruges vand. Bedst egnet for bilister. Bus 104 fra ZOB og der er ca ti minutters gang. Gode spissteder i området.

Zweckmäßiges Hotel für Kurzaufenthalt
Wir wurden freundlich empfangen. Wir hatten Economy Zimmer gebucht, erhielten jedoch ein größeres Zimmer. Das Zimmer war zweckmäßig, mit Möbeln, die deutliche Gebrauchsspuren hatten eingerichtet. Das Bad war klein aber zweckmäßig und sauber! Das Personal war freundlich und flexibel, konnten wir doch recht kurzfristig Frühstück für externe Gäste zubuchen.

Wonderful Hotel
There're many hotels in Berlin but choice was quite correct to stay this hotel. Because of hotel staff. They are very kind and friendly. I planed day trip to Magdeburg but when I went to the station the train was canceled a part of section. I was in panic and didn't understand what happened. I backed to the hotel and asked for help. He searched the internet for information on the train at once and solved my problem!!! Thanks to his help I could go to Magdeburg on my schedule. They are very hospitable to guests. I enjoyed my stay in Berlin. Thank you so much.

Nice hotel for especially for a business trip to Berlin Messe. 5 € by taxi to Messe; also Charlottenburg station is nearby. Good breakfast. Single room was small. Friendly service.

Not sure what the mean by Eco on this hotel. Maybe good for the environment and their economy that they do not renovate the rooms and don't clean them to often? I thought I was in east berlin in the 1980ies when I looked at the room. They also charge extra if you want to pay your room with a credit card instead of cash. Will not stay there again

Sehr saubere Zimmer, täglich wurde alles gereinigt und ordentlich gemacht. Sehr nette Mitarbeiter am Empfang, gute Anbindung durch nahegelegene S Bahn. Im allgemeinen sehr zufrieden.

Dieses Hotel hat uns Hotels.com vermittelt, nachdem wir unser erstes Hotel wegen baulärm per sofort verlassen wollten/mussten. Nach diesem Desaster waren wir froh, dass es in diesem Hotel recht ruhig war, trotz Bahnhof in der Nähe. Die Lage ist nahe beim Bahnhof Charlottenburg. So konnten wir mit der S-Bahn und etwas weiter mit der U-Bahn rasch Berlin erkunden. Gleich auf der anderen Strassenseite hatte es einen Lidl. Dies war sehr praktisch für den Einkauf von Wasser und anderen Kleinigkeiten. Das Zimmer wurde immer sehr gut geputzt, dürfte aber als familienzimmer etwas mehr Platz und einen grösseren Schrank bieten. Dusche und WC waren dafür top. Das Frühstück war gut und reichhaltig. Die Leute beim Empfang waren ok, könnten aber noch etwas hilfsbereiter sein.

Hotellet ligger sentralt, kun en liten gåtur fra kürfursterdam Straße(shopping gate). Det var et veldig rolig nabolag. Hotellet var veldig greit til den prisen vi betalte.

Hotel, das genau das bietet, was man benötigt.
Ich hatte das einfachste Zimmer gewählt. Es war alles vorhanden, was man als Reisender benötigt, nicht mehr und nicht weniger. Ein Bad mit ausgezeichneter und geräumiger Dusche. Ein hochwertiges Bett. Kein Teppichboden (sehr gut!), alles sehr sauber. Das WLAN lief auf Anhieb. Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis war exzellent, das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und das alles in nächster Nähe vom Kudamm.

This hotel is good choice if you re looking for basic budget hotel the room is a little small but cosy and clean the location is good to go around kurfustendam street but a little difficult to find i was satisfied this hotel
