Hi Katharina, vielen Dank für dein Feedback. Wir möchten uns ganz herzlich für den Baustellenlärm um 7 Uhr morgens entschuldigen. Leider haben wir hier beschränkte Möglichkeiten, diese Situation zu verbessern. Natürlich sollte es aber nicht passieren, dass unser Housekeeping Team den Tee und die Kaffeekapseln nicht aufgefüllt. Entschuldige dafür! Du darfst uns in solchen Situationen gerne eine Nachricht schreiben und wir versuchen schnellstmöglich eine Lösung zu finden. Des Weiteren ist unser Hotelmanager fast jeden Tag ein paar Stunden vor Ort, um dir jegliche Fragen zu beantworten. Du hast ihn nur wahrscheinlich leider nicht getroffen. Außerdem garantieren wir dir 24h Zutritt zu deinem Zimmer, auch wenn dein Handy keinen Akku mehr hat. Gerade über unsere Klingel am Haupteingang kannst du uns jederzeit erreichen und wir helfen dir gerne weiter. Vielleicht gibst du uns ja eine zweite Chance um dich von Charly zu überzeugen - natürlich zu einem Sonderpreis Viele Grüße Charly ❤️
