"This hotel is located in a narrow street filled with several bars and restaurants. It is perfect if you would like to go out to eat. But the noise from outside is quite significant . Our room was on the second floor, just above the bars/restaurants and we could not sleep until mid night. The room did not have any air conditioning system, except two fans that one of them was broken. We had to close the windows because of the outside noise, so the room was quite hot. "We experienced an excellent 3 day break for 2. Nice clean room, friendly staff, dinner menu quite restricted but delicious - Chef's special a must. The hotel was perfect for visiting the area, inland or beach a bus drive away. Quiet surroundings in a fairly built up area but away from the bustle of Amsterdam. Reasonably priced for such a good quality hotel. Just note, when checking out you'll be hit with a "City Tax" Worth asking what this will be when you arrive. Apart from that, all good."

"Overall this property was almost excellent. We loved its location: a 5-minute walk to a major train station, Sloderdijk, where from there it was a 5-minute ride to Amsterdam Centraal! Our room was very spacious compared to most European rooms, modern, and clean. The staff was very friendly, welcoming, and professional. There was also a small kitchen in the room that helped with storing food and using dishes. My only two complaints are 1) the air-conditioning in our room was not properly working. We had to get a tall fan from the front desk to adequately cool our room. 2) There was only one liquid dispenser in the shower. It was listed as a combined shampoo/conditioner/body wash soap. Typically in most nice hotels, there are three separate liquid dispensers for those. Also, I’m allergic to zinc and after a few days using their soap, I developed a rash around my hands, feet, arms, and back. I’m not sure if their soap contains zinc, but if it does, I strongly recommend the hotel to stop using it. With the hotel advertised as a 4-star hotel, these things should not be issues so I’m bringing them up here only because they’re reasonable and for awareness. With some easy adjustments to fix those things mentioned above, this is a hotel worth staying in. Definitely a good value overall."

"Amazing place. Excellent convenient location 5 minutes from the train station ( 15 minutes from the airport). Excellent amenities ( nicely equipped gym), excellent friendly helpful people staff. Lots of restaurants and 2 supermarkets in the neighborhood. Clean, quiet property. Spacious apartment with a bedroom, bathroom, sitting area, eating area and a reasonably equipped kitchen"
