Disliked: Room comfort, communication

Not what we booked & poor communication

We booked a double room & private bathroom, toiletries, laundry , air conditioning & coffee making facilities. We had to share a bathroom with 2 other apartments , a sofa bed vs a double bed & there were no toiletries & actually no toilet roll, a fan & no air conditioning & no laundry facilities .we also had an issue checking in , initially they had no record of our booking & told us it had been through Expedia ?? We tried to escalate to Hotels.com but they don’t read the emails properly !

Disliked: Cleanliness, room comfort

So bad that we booked another place.

I have nothing positive to say. The place was dirty, the bed was bad. It was close to the road and thus very loud. The landlord had lost the control to the air conditioner. We felt uncomfortable because the lock to the apartment did not work, the neighbors smoked inside and someone randomly entered our room while we were inside. The straw to break the camels back was that the kitchen was non-functional meaning that the oven plate fell out and there were no racks. Prices were not that much cheaper than other places. We ended up booking another place to stay.
