Top Berg Aukas Hotel Reviews

Roy's Rest Camp

Roy's Rest Camp

10/10 Excellent
"Really good choice just off the main road. Team very welcoming. Great opportunity to see some game at a waterhole. Evening meal was really good but if you want a wide choice then not for you. It was a buffet style. Wifi is outside and away from the restaurant area and although good connectivity, not very relaxing place to sit. Overall though, I’d recommend this place. It’s a little quirky too "

Frequently asked questions

When is the best time to go to Berg Aukas?
The best time to visit Berg Aukas is during the dry season, from May to October, when the weather is generally mild and wildlife viewing opportunities are at their peak.

During these months, the temperatures are pleasant, typically ranging from 20 to 25 degrees Celsius during the day, making it comfortable for outdoor activities and exploring the surrounding area. The nights can be cooler, so it's advisable to bring a light jacket or jumper.

Wildlife enthusiasts will find this period particularly rewarding. As water sources become scarcer, animals tend to congregate around the remaining waterholes, making them easier to spot. This is especially true for the nearby wildlife reserves like Etosha National Park, which is a popular day trip from Berg Aukas.

For those who prefer to avoid the heat and humidity, the dry season offers a much more enjoyable experience.
Can I cancel my hotel reservation on Expedia?
You can cancel your hotel reservation on Expedia, though it depends on the cancellation policy of your booking. Most bookings are refundable if canceled within 24-48 hours of the scheduled arrival. Be sure to check your booking confirmation for the exact cancellation policy. If free cancellation is available, you can cancel directly through your Expedia account by logging in, going to "My Trips", and selecting your reservation. To find flexible deals, filter your search by "Fully refundable property" for hotels in Berg Aukas.
How much is the nightly rate at a Berg Aukas hotel?
Prices for hotels in Berg Aukas often vary, but you can find a great deal from CA $74 on Expedia.
