"Nous avons été surclassé et avons eu une suite au lieu de la chambre que nous avions réservé. La suite était très grande, grand salon avec table et canapé, grande télévision, grande chambre avec dressing et grande salle de bain refaite à neuf. Nous avions une jolie vue sur les montagnes et les vaches. Nous avons toutefois regretté l'absence de rideaux occultants dans la chambre. L'hôtel est un peu vieillot mais bien entretenu. Nous sommes arrivées un mardi et le restaurant est fermé ce jour-là."

"Très bon emplacement à proximité des transports, bon confort, piscine chauffée et petit déjeuner buffet varié. Dommage de gâcher l'expérience client à l'arrivée et au départ en faisant payer la consigne à bagage, un service pourtant offert par la plupart des autres hôtels. Décevant pour un hôtel 3 étoiles. "

"Le personnel est courtois et le déjeuner est très bien. La chambre est propre et fonctionnelle, mais on voit que ce sont de vieilles installations. La vue sur les montagnes est vraiment magnifique et il est très facile de se rendre au Königsee et au téléphérique Jennerbahn depuis l’hôtel (environ 15 minutes en voiture). À notre arrivée, on nous a remis un accès par courriel qui donne des rabais sur certaines activités et rend les transports en commun gratuits. "
