"San Sabastian is a very popular destination, especially during the weekends. Although the apartment was in a great location, the noise level at night was a bit much. During the week it is much quieter with less tourists. Any issues we had was dealt with in a very timely fashion by the managing agent."

"Die Gegend ist einmalig. Die Wohnung liegt zwar nicht am Meer, man erreicht allerdings Meer, Supermarkt, Bäckerei, Stadt, Spanien etc. sehr schnell. Die Wohung ist perfekt ausgestattet. Dadurch dass sie im Untergeschoss liegt, ist sie etwas feucht, was aber an heißen Sommertagen eher angenehm kühl wirkt. Der Pool sehr sauber. "We were a group of 8 friends traveling through the Basque country. Communication and checkin went smoothly. The accommodation is modest but spacious, perfectly suited for our group. The location of the apartment is a major plus - 1 block from La Concha beach and close to the old quarter. I would definitely recommend this apartment!"

"A lovely apartment, about 25 mins walk from the centre of St Jean de Luz. The accommodation was excellent (we provided our own towels and sheets) and communication with the owner was good. "Really helpful staff, we loved the pool and the location! Although the apartments were basic they were clean and well equipped! Nice touch having ice made in the freezer! Appreciated the fan as no air con and the clothes rack to dry out swimwear on was handy! Only one lift working so a bit of a wait at times and we did hear a lot of noise from the family above which was a little annoying! "

"Property is very convenient, clean, quiet and comfortable. The only problem was determining whether we had prepaid breakfast included in our booking. We were initially told we had breakfast but at checkout was told we did not and had to pay for breakfasts. If known in advance, we would have opted out and had coffee and pastries nearby for 1/3 the cost"
