Payments: Payments collected by The Wanderlust Co are secure. Your payment will be handled safely during your course of business with us. Payments are powered by Stripe, are Safe and Secure SSL Encrypted. We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express. We only accept payments in U.S. currency.

Rental Fee: 100% of the reservation will be charged to your payment method at booking confirmation.

Security Deposit: Upon check in, an authorization hold (security deposit) of $250 will be placed on your payment method. You won’t be charged, but the hold means that you won’t be able to access these funds until the hold is released. As long as no property damage occurs during your stay, we’ll initiate a release of the hold placed on your card 7 days after your checkout.

Cancelation Policy: Bookings canceled at least 30 days before check in will receive a 100% refund minus a nonrefundable 3% charge to cover credit/debit card processing fees. Bookings canceled at least 14 days before check in will receive a 50% refund minus a nonrefundable 3% charge to cover credit/debit card processing fees. No refunds will be processed within 14 days of check in.

Pre-Check In Requirements: As a professional vacation rental company, we do require our guests to upload an acceptable government-issued photo ID for additional identity verification and sign our terms & conditions agreement on our guest portal, which is where you will be able to view your check in instructions upon completion of pre-check-in requirements. If you are booking a reservation for someone other than yourself, we do need the contact information of the guest(s) who will be staying at the property.

Girls Weekend Get Away

My friends and I stayed four nights at the Rustic Chic and had a great time. The home is very clean and the beds are comfortable. It was great to be able to park in the garage, and we enjoyed the outdoor seating on the side of the house. Neighborhood is pretty quiet, so we slept well. If you plan to cook, be sure to bring all ingredients to make your meals. We needed a couple of things while we were there, but Julie the host, responded very quickly to our messages. Overall, a great stay!

Spring Break in Ark

The on line pictures depleted the cottage perfectly. Very, very clean and the linens were very nice and cozy. The garage is in the back of the house and is accessed from the alley. We loved it. Great to have a garage, especially with Spring weather and you walk directly into the house from garage, no stairs, so easy. It is not walkable distance to downtown Bentonville however it was within 5 miles approximately. The cottage is West of Walton Blvd. and is closer to the HGTV Marrs mercantile in Centerton, about 3 miles. Thank you, Nancy OP, KS.

Perfect Choice

We were very pleased with this property. It was everything as described. Spotless & complete with all you would need. The kitchen has all of the appliances & things you might need. It was such a spacious comfortable place to come back to each day to rest & relax & sleep. Bed was very comfortable. There were water bottles & snacks waiting for us. The host was very quick to respond to all of our questions. This is why we try not to stay in hotels anymore. Such a better experience. We would stay here again, no question.

Visiting Bentonville

We stayed here when coming to Bentonville for the first time to visit with our daughter’s family who recently moved to Arkansas. The location was great. The house was comfy, very clean and just right for us. I loved the porch swing in the morning while drinking my morning coffee. It was nice to have a garage for the car too. I touched base with the host just to let her know we arrived and when we were leaving and she always responded quickly. I would certainly consider staying here again.

The house is roomy and quiet in a quiet neighborhood. We were given a code to access the garage in the back of the house but it did not work. The owner was alerted but a solution was never found. Use of the garage is vital since the HOA does not allow parking in front of the house.

Clean, Comfortable & Perfect for Our Stay

Decided to book this property for a week long visit to see family. This house was exactly as advertised. All areas of the house were super clean which is very important to us. Linens were very nice. The bed was extremely comfortable. Kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. The coffee pods, snacks and bottles of water were a nice touch. Neighborhood was very quiet. We didn’t bring our bikes, but there are very nice bike racks in the garage and a well equipped laundry room. We will definitely stay here again.
