The home is very clean and the beds are comfortable. It was great to be able to park in the garage, and we enjoyed the outdoor seating on the side of the house. Neighborhood is pretty quiet, so we slept well. If you plan to cook, be sure to bring all ingredients to make your meals. Very, very clean and the linens were very nice and cozy. The garage is in the back of the house and is accessed from the alley. We loved it. Great to have a garage, especially with Spring weather and you walk directly into the house from garage, no stairs, so easy. It is not walkable distance to downtown Bentonville however it was within 5 miles approximately. The location was great. The house was comfy, very clean and just right for us. I loved the porch swing in the morning while drinking my morning coffee. It was nice to have a garage for the car too. We were given a code to access the garage in the back of the house but it did not work. The owner was alerted but a solution was never found. Use of the garage is vital since the HOA does not allow parking in front of the house. ##### Norman L. This house was exactly as advertised. All areas of the house were super clean which is very important to us. Linens were very nice. The bed was extremely comfortable. Kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. The coffee pods, snacks and bottles of water were a nice touch. Neighborhood was very quiet.
