However, the rest of the staff were courteous and accommodating, making up for the stolen charger. Initially, I had a noisy neighbor, but the staff promptly relocated me to a quieter room that was immaculate and comfortable. The hotel's proximity to Raleigh's amenities, including hospitals, restaurants, and entertainment, was a significant advantage. Additionally, the parking lot was well-lit and secure, making me feel safe. Overall, I was impressed with the hotel and would recommend it to others. Before choosing this hotel I actually visited 8 hotels in the same area. It’s amazing how gorgeous the other hotels looked on line. Different story when I went to visit the hotel myself. 🙂‍↕️"
