You have a private 400 m² garden with free access to the entire park. The building includes a central open space separating the two apartments, ensuring good soundproofing. In just a few minutes' walk, you can reach the beach, the promenade, cafés, restaurants, shops, the casino, and the thalassotherapy center. Bénodet charms with its ideal location at the mouth of the Odet, a Breton river renowned as the most beautiful in France. You can enjoy a variety of beaches: fine sand, Atlantic waves, or quieter areas along the Corniche. Palm trees and a mild climate complete the seaside atmosphere of South Finistère. Things to discover nearby: Bénodet is the most popular resort in Cornouaille. From the large bridge connecting Sainte-Marine, the view of the estuary is spectacular.
